1 Team Elite Platinum Team Elite Platinum Qualifications 1) Qualify as Team Elite in 2017 with 16 first-generation (G1) Qualified Breakaway Executives for at least 6 months within the calendar year. a. New Team Elites however may complete the 16 G1 Qualified Breakaway Executives requirement by the end of March b. A Qualified Breakaway Executive is a G1 Executive that is paid as Executive through Blue Diamond. Provisional Executive (PEXEC) or Demoting Executive (DEXEC) status does not count as a Qualified Breakaway Executive unless they have a breakaway that is paid as Executive through Blue Diamond. 2) Become a qualified 2017 Team Elite Platinum: a) Have a minimum of 500,000 Organizational Volume (OV) in December 2017 (Group Sales Volume plus G1 to G6 sales volume) and year-over-year OV growth. b) Be paid as a Blue Diamond with 12 Qualified Breakaway Executives in December c) Develop at least 1 new G1 or G2 Star within the calendar year qualification period: A new G1 and/or G2 Star* is a first- or second-generation breakaway Executive that completes a minimum of 4 months with a paid title of Ruby to Blue Diamond and a minimum of 4 Qualified Breakaway Executives between January and December The new G1 and/or G2 Star must be paid as Ruby+ in December 2017 in order to count toward the upline s Team Elite Platinum qualification. Any new qualifying Stars that roll up to a new upline prior to completing 4 months paid as Ruby+ will count as a new Star for the new upline Executive in However, once a qualifying new Star completes the 4 th month paid as Ruby+, that new Star remains with the upline Executive genealogy at the time the 4 th month is completed and will not roll to the new upline for Star qualification purposes. d) Grow the number of Incremental Executives in your organization (G1-G6), who maintain at least 2,000 GSV of monthly sales, by at least 50 from the prior year baseline (December 2016). A qualifying 2017 Team Elite Platinum may count up to 50% of a downline 2017 Team Elite Platinum s incremental Executive growth, as follows: Depth of downline 2017 Team Elite Platinum Maximum # of Incremental Executives that can be counted (Encumbered Executives)

Encumbered Executives must be within the paid depth of the downline 2017 Team Elite Platinum. Gracing Executives, Provisional Executives, Demoting Executives, and Business Builder Positions will not count into the baseline or the number of Incremental Executives. December 2017 is the final month for determining the number of Incremental Executives. e) Team Elite Platinum rank will be determined based on the following achievements in combination with all other requirements listed above: 1 Star Team Elite Platinum: 1 New G1 or G2 Star 2 Star Team Elite Platinum: 2 New G1 and/or G2 Stars 3 Star Team Elite Platinum: 3 New G1 and/or G2 Stars 4 Star Team Elite Platinum: 4 New G1 and/or G2 Stars 3) Be paid as a Blue Diamond with 12 Qualified Breakaway Executives for the 3 commission periods immediately prior to the Team Elite Trip (e.g. Jan, Feb, and March 2018). Eligibility: 1. Distributors in good standing may participate in the Team Elite Platinum Program. Any Distributor who violates the terms and conditions of their Distributor Agreement with the Company at any time during the Qualification Period may be deemed ineligible. Eligibility for all Team Elite Platinum benefits is based on meeting all requirements of the Sales Compensation Plan, including retail sales. Agreement to Official Rules: 1. Participation in the Team Elite Platinum Program constitutes Distributor s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the Team Elite Platinum Program rules and obligations.

3 Additional Requirements: 1. The Company reserves the right to withhold payments if the Company determines that a Distributor violated any conditions of the Team Elite Platinum Program including, but not limited to, manipulation of the Sales Compensation Plan requirements. 2. The Company reserves the right to audit and assess the validity of Executive accounts and their related volume. Any Executive account that was established in violation of the requirements set forth in the Sales Compensation Plan will be considered invalid and may result in disciplinary action. Distributors may not buy or encourage others to buy additional products to maintain an Executive pin level. The Company may disqualify any Executive account that is meeting GSV requirements by purchasing large volumes of products, unless the Executive can establish that they are reselling products in excess of the amount of product that is reasonable for personal consumption. 3. Distributors may not buy or encourage others to buy additional products to achieve or maintain an Executive pin level. Modifications and Termination: 1. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Team Elite Platinum Program at any time based on performance, participation or other factors, at the Company s sole discretion. In the event that the Team Elite Platinum Program is modified or terminated, the Company may provide compensation to participating Distributors on a pro-rata basis, as the Company deems appropriate in its sole discretion. *The Star recognition is given to sales leaders who achieve a strong, healthy Ruby level and is based on a solid and sustainable foundation of product use and retail sales which includes the creation of ARO, ADR, ADP or Preferred Customer accounts to support volume goals. This model is the basis for the Star duplication model where others are taught to build a network based on sustainable sales volume. All qualified 1-3 Star Team Elite Platinum Executives (including 4 Star TEP from the day before) will meet in Hawaii one day prior to the Team Elite trip where they will enjoy exclusive activities and will receive their 1-3 Star Team Elite Platinum Founders' Gifts. Q: What is a new qualified Star? The new Star only needs to complete qualification at any point in 2017 and then maintain the appropriate Ruby+ title again in December Q: Are there any other requirements placed on my new G1 and/or G2 Ruby+ in order for me to count them as a new Star? A: Yes, in order to count them as a new Star they may only count qualified breakaway Executives. Also, the new Star must be paid as a Ruby or above in December Q: If I have a new Ruby+ who does not meet the four-month maintenance requirement for the first time in 2017, may I count them as a new Star in 2018 if they complete the four-month maintenance requirement in 2018? A: Yes 14. Q: If I have a new Ruby+ who meets the four-month maintenance requirement for the first time in 2017, but I do not meet the remaining requirements for Team Elite Platinum in 2017, may I count them as a new Star in 2018 towards my 2018 Team Elite Platinum qualification? A: No. Stars only contribute to Team Elite Platinum qualification if they complete their own qualification in the same calendar year.

6 15. Q: Can I combine new Stars on my 1 st and 2 nd generations to determine my Team Elite Platinum recognition level? A: Yes, all new Stars on G1 and G2 will be combined to determine 1 through 4 Star Team Elite Platinum recognition. In the example below, this individual would qualify as a 3 Star Team Elite Platinum. EXAMPLE: 3 Star Team Elite Platinum Ruby New Star Gold Lapis Ruby New Star New Star 16. Q: Can I count a qualified New Star that rolls up to my 1 st or 2 nd generation?
