1 Program Overview is offering a FundRacing program that allows organizations like schools, teams and other extracurricular groups in our community and surrounding areas to raise funds while promoting our track and NASCAR. This program allows organizations to sell a discounted ticket at a special price, with a portion of that price going back to the school or organization. Your organization chooses a start and end date for the program to be held that works best to accomplish your fundraising goals. Organizations will be offered a $35 ticket to the June 10 th FireKeepers Casino 400 and/or the August 12 th Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Race. For each $35 ticket sold the school/organization will receive $10. Funds that are raised will be distributed directly to the school/organization from MIS in a check 30 days after the event day. MIS will not give multiple fund distribution checks to various programs/teams within the school; one check will be given to the school in addition to a tracking sheet that can be used to redistribute funds as needed. Each organization will receive purchase forms, promotional material, and ticket redemption information from that will include all basic sales information and program guidelines to help make a successful fundraiser. Once an individual purchases the tickets from a group member, they will receive an information voucher that will explain to them how they will receive their ticket(s) and how to contact a Group Sales Executive at MIS with further questions. Group Members will have a chance to win prizes based on sales performance. To kick off the program in your school is offering a representative from the track to speak in classrooms, educate clubs, or answer questions that your facility/staff may have. Please fill out and submit the MIS Representative Request form at least two weeks in advance so that we can try to accommodate all requests. 3 Agreement form PLEASE NOTE: This waiver must be signed and returned to before your school/organization can participate in the FundRacing program. Once Michigan International Speedway has received the completed Registration Form and Signed Agreement Form, your school/organization will be registered in the FundRacing program. 4 MIS Representative Request form To request to have a Representative visit your organization/school, simply fill out the request form. Once the completed form is received, a Group Sales Representative will contact you to discuss the logistics of the visit. 5 FundRacing seller prizes Not only will your school/organization receive $10 per ticket of all tickets sold, but each seller will have an opportunity to qualify for one of the many exciting prizes from Michigan International Speedway! A TOP SELLER will be selected from each school/organization; an individual must sell a minimum of 20 tickets to qualify. This TOP SELLER and 3 guests will receive an exclusive experience at their choice of the Sunday, June 10 th FireKeepers Casino 400 or Sunday, August 12 th Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race. Grandstand Seating Pre-Race Pit Access Pre-Race Driver Introduction Ceremony Access MIS Gift One RANDOM SELLER will be selected from each school/organization; an individual must sell a minimum of 10 tickets to qualify. This RANDOM SELLER and 2 guests will receive an exclusive experience at their choice of the Sunday, June 10 th FireKeepers Casino 400 or Sunday, August 12 th Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race. Winners will be selected based up highest number of tickets sold. will be tracking each individual/group progress; this form will be available to the school upon request. Race experiences are only valid for the date(s) stated, this prize package is not transferrable, and cannot be exchanged for a cash refund. All prize experience winners MUST meet the minimum tickets sold requirement to qualify. All prize experiences can ONLY be redeemed on the June/August 2018 race weekends.
