2 Welcome to Play Golf Calgary Play Golf Calgary is a reputable and stable company that is operated by an ownership group with a long-term vision for all of our golfing properties We have been active in the Calgary and area golf community for over 23 years through our ownership and operation of both HeatherGlen Golf Course and The Links of GlenEagles in Cochrane. We continue to strategically enhance our operations, as evidenced by the purchase of Blue Devil Golf Club and the newly opened Serenity Golf Course. With Serenity's first 18 holes, Dancing Bull (now open) and Serenity's second 18, Sun Catcher (opening soon), it is our goal to continually be providing Calgarians with outstanding golf opportunities well into the future. Our experienced managerial group, which now oversees the operations at GlenEagles, Blue Devil, HeatherGlen, & Serenity Golf Courses, is pleased to offer our new and loyal customers the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of a corporate membership at our four great facilities. We bring a combination of professionalism and enthusiasm to this new and exciting package and our management staff is always there to ensure we offer the best golf experience in the Calgary area.

3 Benefits of Membership Access to golf at GlenEagles, Blue Devil, HeatherGlen, & Serenity Golf Courses (Valid anytime, subject to availability.) Each golfer playing HeatherGlen receives a $20 food & beverage credit. Advance booking of tee times for primary and secondary contact: 60 days at GlenEagles, 14 days at Blue Devil, 14 days at HeatherGlen, & 14 days at Serenity. Charging privileges for the primary and secondary contact (with an account agreement). Use of practice facilities at all locations for primary and secondary contact. Lil Devil 9-Hole access at Blue Devil for primary and secondary contact, plus one guest. First opportunity to join leagues at each facility for the primary and secondary contact. Reduced rates on meeting and function rooms. Complete application before March 1st and receive bonus single rounds. Choose Round Passes or Electronic Smart Card! Round Passes Round passes are the best option for Corporate Members looking to treat clients, staff, management, etc. without the primary or secondary contact required to be present at the time of the round(s) being redeemed. Round passes are FULLY TRANSFERABLE! Round passes are valid for 10, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 round packages including power cart. 10 and 20 round packages without cart (walking) are only available as the electronic smart card. If you choose round passes over the electronic smart card, you will receive one (1) physical pass for each individual round purchased, and half (1/2) of a cart pass per round purchased, or, the option of one (1) tee time pass (equal to 4 round passes and 2 power cart passes) for the applicable number of rounds purchased. Single bonus rounds will be given separately and may be used for one (1) player for added flexibility. Passes are an attractive gift card to hand out or to use yourself. The round passes may be given to whomever you like; Customers, staff, management, etc. to use as they wish! Round Passes NEVER EXPIRE! Electronic Smart Card The electronic smart card option is a hassle-free option if you plan to use the corporate membership entirely yourself, or if you take clients or staff golfing with you. Do not worry about forgetting or losing any passes, it s all electronic! Your round and cart passes will be tracked and punched electronically (just like a punch pass). You will receive the applicable number of round passes and power cart passes to an electronic smart card account. primary and/or secondary contacts must be present to charge the electronic smart card. The electronic smart card option is valid for the 10, 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100 round Corporate Memberships including power cart (10 and 20 round walking electronic smart card available)

4 General Policies Primary and Secondary contacts receive advance booking; however, anyone can book and use the round pass under our regular booking policies (electronic smart cards require Primary or Secondary contacts to be physically present in order for rounds to be redeemed) Electronic smart card balance is given to the primary or secondary contact after each check in. All cancellations must be made within our standard booking policy at each course. (24 hours notice) A maximum of two starting times may be booked in any one day. If more than two times are required, please contact our Tournament Director. Round passes and electronic smart cards DO NOT EXPIRE at the end of the membership year and may be transfered to the following season. 6 Play Golf Calgary Policies The ULTIMATE Golf Package Conduct Review Please initial boxes below to accept At any point during the golf season, if a member does not uphold PGC standards, the member may be subject to expulsion from the club. Play Golf Calgary will adhere to a strict procedure in such matters. The member in question will first receive a WRITTEN WARNING from management. Should the infractions persist, the member will receive a 2nd formal written warning, and in the event the member still does not adjust their behavior accordingly, PGC will issue a letter terminating their membership. Any member expelled from the club will receive a prorated refund of one seventh of their dues per month remaining in the season (April- October) Policies -All PGC facilities and/or clubhouse may be closed to public and members on specific days throughout the season for the reason of weather and use for private functions. Manangement reserves the right to close the course on any given day due to weather or unsafe conditions. -All annual packages purchased are valid for the 2019 season only. For any reason annual memberships cannot be used please contact management to discuss options. Dress Code is in effect at all times when playing any facility. -In the event of inclement weather (including lighting), it is the golfers responsibilty to find safe shelter or continue play at their own risk. None of our facilites are equiped with weather detection systems, and the courses are not responsible to notify and retreave golfers on course. Tee Time Policies All Golfers may book their tee times through the golf shop or Online and must check in prior to their scheduled tee time. All Golfers are required to cancel unneeded tee times. Failure to cancel prior to scheduled time will result in a written warning and potentially a no show charge fee onto your member account. Drug & Alcohol PGC conforms will all regulations set by Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission (AGLC) regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages, including but limited to the following: - prohibiting all golfers and guests from bringing their own outside alcohol onto the property. All alcohol consumed must be purchased at the golf course. -PGC staff will refuse the sale of alcoholic beverages to patrons who appear intoxicated As a public facility and privately owned the use of recreational cannabis is prohibited on all areas of the property. Charge Privileges Policies PGC will automatically charge outstanding account balances to the member or company card on file. Charge account holders are please asked to sign all receipts and include member number. All Food and beverage account charges are automatically charged 18% gratuity if the tip section is left blank, if you wish to tip an alternative amount you can do so by filling in the receipt. I agree to uphold a current card with number and expiry and notify the appropriate facility when details are changed. Golf Cart Waiver I agree to the facility rules of cart usage of the following no more than 2 passengers in a golf cart follow appropriate cart path restrictions golfer is responsible for any damage to the cart during their usage of cart.
