1 Ruffled Feathers Golf Club 2015 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM INDIVIDUAL Golf Membership: $3,800 $375 monthly pay option One Individual for the current golf season. Payment due in full upon Membership registration. Monthly payment options available below. Individual Member monthly payment option: Requires a valid credit card on file. Card will be charged every month for 12 consecutive months from the time you join. One year commitment required. $ 1,200 FAMILY ADD-ONS Family Member add-on to Individual Member Applies to a spouse or child. Child must be 21 years old and under, and living at home. 3 MEMBERSHIP RULES & REGULATIONS Ruffled Feathers Management retains the right to decide all issues regarding the operation of the Club. Annual Membership Program is valid for the 2015 Golf Season only. Course opening and closing dates will be determined by Ruffled Feathers Management. Tee times for full and corporate Members may be made 14 days in advance. Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours in advance. All Annual Members must provide a valid credit card at the time of purchasing. This credit card will be used to guarantee any and all tee times booked for the 2015 season. Any no-show players without 24 hour notice will cause the credit card to be charged for the full foursome guest rate. Ruffled Feathers Golf Club is not responsible for any individual s personal property. All Annual Members must provide an address at time of purchase. Payment for guest fees, merchandise and Food & Beverage items must be paid for at the time of purchase. All players must be checked in by the Golf Shop prior to play. A valid tee time receipt must be presented to the Starter prior to teeing off. Maximum of 2 golf carts per foursome allocated to each tee time. A Member s privileges may be revoked and the rights of any person or persons entitled to privileges may be terminated for any of the above and following reasons: o Commission of any felony or misdemeanor theft at the Club. o Willful destruction of the Club, staff or customer property. o Physical or verbal abuse of staff or customers. o Violations of any Rules or Policies. o Conduct which seriously detracts from Management s absolute right to manage the Club and preserve its financial integrity.
