4 Sky Creek Ranch Men s Golf Association Membership o Full Golf Members Free o PLP and Sport Members $125 annually o Non-PLP $250 annually Season: March September Play anytime during the week (weekly events) you must play with an MGA member to attest your score $20 per event ($15 to prize pool and $5 to Skins) Must have an established TGA handicap to participate in the net Prize money can be used for food, beverage, and merchandise only DFW Cup The DFW Cup is an annual competition between our sister clubs (Sky Creek Ranch and Bridlewood Golf Club). MGA Members can earn points in select events to earn a spot on the Sky Creek Ranch team. These teams face off in September to decide the DFW Cup Men s Golf Association Schedule *Week long MGA event rounds can be played anytime throughout the week, all that s required is that you declare when checking in that your round will be your MGA round for that week, pay the prize pool fee ($20 for most events) and play with another MGA member that can attest your score. Sky Creek Ranch Golf Club (hereinafter referred to as Club ) offers 5 levels of membership: 4-Day Full Golf Membership, 7-Day Full Golf Membership, Sport Membership, PLP, and Social Membership. The 7-Day Full Golf Membership option includes green fees for play on all seven days of the week. The 4-Day Full Golf Membership option includes green fees for play on Monday through Thursday only. The Sport Membership option only includes green fees for select times (see Practice, Learn, and Play special access times). The Social Membership does not include golf courses access. All 4 types of membership are subject to the rules and regulations described herein. Membership benefits are provided for one year from the date of purchase, subject to Management s right to suspend or terminate the Member s privileges, as more specifically stated herein. The Member may not terminate his or her agreement with the Club prior to the expiration of the one-year period. Membership benefits and privileges shall commence upon: (i) the completion by the Member applicant of this Agreement; (ii) acceptance of the terms, rules and regulations described herein; (iii) payment of the annual fee; and (iv) acknowledgement and acceptance of this Agreement by the Management of the Club. The foregoing will be realized by the completion and execution of the Membership Application and the acknowledgment by the Club, which shall then constitute the Agreement. USE OF MEMBERSHIP Only the individual Member is entitled to use of the Club privileges defined in this Agreement. For an additional fee, the member may designate other family member(s), defined as legally recognized spouse and children 17 years of age and under, as persons who are also entitled to use of the Club under the terms of this Membership. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 6 are welcome to practice golf under the direct supervision of an instructor or parent, but only in the practice areas. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on the golf course, whether for play or observance of play, EXCEPT (i) when accompanied at all times by a parent, AND (ii) after 3:00pm.

8 Use of the club under any Membership is conditioned upon timely payments of all fees, and/or deposits, and satisfaction of any other obligations owed by the Member to the Club. TEE TIMES The purchase of a Membership does not guarantee reserved tee times on the golf course. The purchaser of a Membership is not entitled to or granted any rights with regard to access to the golf course other than the advance reservations outlined herein on a tee time availability basis. Management reserves the right to sell, advertise and market the Club in any manner and to set the schedule of fees as it sees fit. The price of daily fee rounds of golf has no correlation to the value of Membership. Management also reserves the right to schedule, conduct and/or authorize golf tournaments and group outings that include guests who are not Members. During such events, Members may not be able to use Club facilities. Members are required to reserve tee times through the Golf Shop or online. All Members will be held financially responsible for any shortfall in players if notice is not given at least 24 hours in advance of the tee time in order to allow the Club the opportunity to accommodate other guests. CART POLICY Members are not required to rent a cart when playing the golf course but this policy is subject to change based on pace of play. Please note: Members must check in with the golf shop prior to taking a cart at all times. CLUB MANAGEMENT The Club is managed by Golf Sky Creek Ranch, LLC. Membership status in the Club is a special benefit made available for the use and benefit to a limited number of frequent golfers. As the operator of the Club, Management retains the right to decide all issues regarding operation and management of the Club including, but not limited to, the booking of tee times and reservation of the golf course and clubhouse by tournaments and groups. Management also reserves discretion to implement, revise, restrict or otherwise control all aspects of the sale of Memberships and the benefits that Management grants Members. Management may change, alter or discontinue the sale of Memberships at its discretion, except that it will not change materially the benefits of a Membership during an annual contract period. The Member obtains non-equity, non-participatory right to use the Club and obtains no rights, benefits or responsibilities with regard to the ownership or operation of the Club, other than those expressly stated herein. The Member is the person obligated for payment of all fees and the sole recipient of said Membership benefits. Memberships are not transferable. RULES RELATED TO MEMBER CONDUCT Each Member agrees to abide by all rules and regulations established by Management related to conduct. These rules may include, without limitations, rules regarding conduct injurious to the operation of the Club, the reputation of the Club and/or Club Members, non-payment of fees and/or charges in accordance with the Club s terms, dress code, and golf etiquette. Denim is not allowed at any time and collared shirts are required. All golfers are required to follow the etiquette and conduct guidelines established in the USGA Rules of Golf. All Members and their guests are expected to adhere to proper conduct, including,

9 but not limited to: repairing ball marks and divots on the course; refraining from using abusive language; no harassment of staff members or other Club guests; no violent behavior, such as club-throwing and interpersonal confrontations; compliance with stated cart rules; as well as acting in respectfully and with reasonable care for golf course property and equipment. In addition, any Member choosing to disregard Club hours of business, including, but not limited to the closure of the facility on holidays or rain days, will result in automatic forfeiture of the remaining Membership privileges without negotiation or compensation. Violations of any of the above rules or Club policies may result in the Club s right to cancel or revoke a Member s benefits for a specified time or permanently at Management s discretion without negotiation or compensation. TEE TIME CANCELLATION GUARANTEE In order to protect the integrity of the Club tee sheet and to provide availability to all Members and Club guests, a guarantee is required for all tee times made outside of 7 days. The Club reserves the right to apply the cancellation guarantee to all tee times of any Member if the Member is deemed abusive of no show or late cancellation by the Club. By accepting this Membership Agreement, the undersigned guarantees payment of a Cancellation Fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per person for each tee time I reserve, but do not show up to play or notify of player reduction at least 24 hours prior to my scheduled tee time. I authorize the Club to charge all such Cancellation Fees to the credit card listed below. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT No person is authorized to make any representations or purport to enlarge upon the information contained in this document. If you receive any representation other than what is written here, please notify Management in writing, as soon as possible. The undersigned hereby agrees to be bound by the terms of the rules and regulations contained in this document and as Management may amend at its sole discretion, The undersigned has reviewed and understands the components and benefits of Membership as described above. Cart rental fee is not included. Family Memberships A Family Membership (Full Golf, Social, or Practice, Learn, and Play) includes 1 primary member and 1 additional member. Family member is defined as legally recognized spouse and children 17 years of age and under. Additional family members can be added at an additional cost. Unlimited Use Of Practice Facilities Members may hit unlimited practice balls and use all of the clubs practice facilities. NEW FREE Member Exclusive Social Events These events are exclusive to Full Golf Members, Sport Members, and Social Members, and invitees of those members only. Events will be free for all Full Golf Members, Sport Members, and Social Members and include all food and activities; any alcohol must be purchased separately. Invitees and additional family members will be subject to a per person guest fee for these events, amount will vary based on event. Events dates, times, and themes are subject to change based on weather and availability. NEW FREE Pair of Selected Footjoy Golf Shoes All Full Golf Members who renew on or after 1/1/18 will receive a free pair of selected FootJoy golf shoes. These will be the same shoes (brand and model) that are available to the Sky Creek Ranch Loyalty Club for NEW 50% Off All Menu Items After 6PM Includes regular menu items, specials, and soft beverages in the Sky Creek Grill starting at 6PM daily. Does not include alcohol, snack items or items on the beverage carts. This benefit is extended to the member as well as any immediate family members defined as legally recognized spouse and children 17 years of age and under. NEW (1) 16oz. Draft Beer or Fountain Drink Included With Cart Fee During Practice, Learn, and Play Access Times During the Practice, Learn, and Play Member special access times Full Golf Members and Sport Members who ride will also receive a 16oz draft beer or fountain drink. NEW FREE Weekly Instructional Clinics Clinics will be available 2 to 3 days per week (depending on season and weather) and will be available to all members. All that is required is to sign up in the golf shop prior to the clinic to confirm attendance Tee Time Reservations Full Golf Members will have access to tee times 10-days in advance (all other guests and members 7-days in advance).

11 USGA Approved Handicap Services All Full Golf Members will receive a Texas Golf Association / GHIN handicap included in their membership. Club Charging Privileges Full Golf Members, Sport Members, and Social Members are allowed to charge to a master account that is settled monthly by credit card. Merchandise Discounts 20% off apparel and 10% off hard goods (excludes sale items) in golf shop Member Guest Rates Guests of Full Golf Members receive $10.00 off pre-twilight rates when playing in a member s foursome Participation in Member Golf Events The club will hold periodic club golf tournaments throughout the year that will be exclusive to Full Golf Members and the invited guests of Full Golf Members. Some fees may apply for these events.
