Please note that any deliveries past the curb line are the complete responsibility of the purchaser and at the risk of the purchaser. Our trucks cannot enter driveways or leave public roads. Our trucks deliver within crane reach distances. Please be aware that any municipal bylaws, rules, or history will take precedence over any delivery requests. Please inform the salesperson if the street is abnormally narrow or if there is a sharp turn involved, such as in a crescent. If the purchaser does not have a cleared site for the product to be dropped, a double delivery charge and 25% re-stocking fee will apply. Returned goods/products must be in strapped units and be in re-sellable condition. Although we will do everything possible to accommodate special delivery requirements, we regret that we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times. Humber Nurseries does not accept responsibility for delays in deliveries due to fire, floods, strikes, or any other conditions beyond its control. PRODUCT: Please check that your order complies with your request for goods and report any discrepancies within 24 hours. DEPOSIT ON PALLET: Products shipped on pallets require a $20.00 deposit on each pallet. A credit of $17.00 is given upon the return of the pallet in good condition and the responsibility for the return of the pallet rests solely with the buyer. In order to receive the credit, pallets must be returned by Dec. 31 of the year in which the stones were purchased.
