1 2018 NAFA/PFSA Annual Golf Tournament Dear NAFA/PFSA Member/Affiliate: On Monday, August 6, 2018, the NAFA NorCal-Northern Nevada Chapter & PFSA will be holding our Annual Golf Tournament at the Spring Valley Golf Course in Milpitas, California. Golf Tournament Spring Valley is a great golf course in fantastic shape set in the foothills of Milpitas. This course challenges low handicappers for a great score, yet remains forgiving for the causal golfer to have a fun round. This is a beautiful setting perfect for golfers of any skill level. This includes unlimited range balls before hand and a great lunch and amazing dinner Early Registration Bonus If you register AND pay by June 30 th, you will receive an additional 5 raffle tickets with each golfer registered. Increase your odds of winning some amazing raffle prizes! Online Registration! We will continue to use our online registration process, in our ongoing effort to streamline the registration and payment process. Don t worry, for those who want to, we have attached the original paper registration, but we encourage you to use the online registration. Visit You can even pay with a credit card! We will continue again this year with priority check-in for those who are preregistered and prepaid. Furthermore, if you arrive early (before 12:30pm) you will receive an extra raffle ticket for the amazing door prizes given out at the awards presentation.

Our affiliate sponsorships help make the event a great time for all. Affiliates we are asking for your support in sponsorships again this year, to help defray the costs of hosting this event.
