Upon receiving any registration and before confirming it, the Organization shall inform the Federation / Association / Union to which that player belongs and obtain its official approval.

3 WORLD PITCH & PUTT AMATEUR RANKING The 2018 DAPPO Djerba African P&P Open will count for the new WPPAR - WORLD P&P AMATEUR RANKING, which will rank the world s best P&P players in 3 Ranking tables - Men, Women and Countries. This new ranking will be kept dynamically, through the results obtained by the players, in the last 104 weeks (2 years), in the competitions of the Official Calendar of the IPPA, from September 15, More information will be available very soon for all. Entry Fee Registration fee: 60 per player, payable on arrival, including green fees for 3 days. This value includes: DAPPO 2018 fee, Gala Dinner Party, Prize-giving and Closing Ceremony cocktail + buffet. Registration Maximum number of players is 60. Players may pre-register by 31/08/2018 at the latest, using this link: The registration will be guaranteed on a first-come basis. A waiting list will be created, on a first-come, first-served basis, with surplus players.

4 IPPA will choose the 60 players (and reserves) for the 2018 DAPPO from the preregistration list. Priority for the golf event (Sunday) will be given to players unable to take part in the 2018 DAPPO. For all players the final registration deadline will be open until 16st October 2018 at 11:59pm. Flags In Pitch & Putt (IPPA) courses, flags can be set between a minimum of 40 meters and a maximum of 90 meters. The maximum length of a 18 hole course is 1,200 metres. The Committee and the Tournament Director will decide the position of the flags in each round. Golf Ball Tee The use of a ball tee is mandatory. The ball tee should follow the Golf Rules, therefore, a bracket (like a foam tube cutting) or a similar object will be allowed.

6 The combination of these brackets with a rope or string will be allowed, but under no circumstances can this set be used to indicate the direction of the game or to measure the direction of the wind or the intensity of the wind. Tee Markers Tee Ground limits of each hole are defined by the field of the rug (mat) located in each of them. The ball must be placed just on the carpet. The player can take the stance outside the carpet. Clubs As set by IPPA Regulations, a maximum of 3 (three) clubs (one of which must be a Putter) are permitted for use. Draws The Tournament Committee will establish tee-off timings and pairings Caddies Caddies are NOT allowed. Distance Meters During this Competition, any type of gadget, laser meter or GPS to measure distances is FORBIDDEN. The Committee will provide the players this information. Ties In case of a tie for the position of Champion (1 st place), in any category, this will be resolved through Play-off (Sudden Death) on holes chosen by Competition Committee, as many times as necessary until a winner is obtained. For the remaining places, the tiebreaker will be made successively by the best last 36, 27, 18, 9, 6, 3 holes, and best last hole. If it persists the tie will be resolved by lottery.

7 Tournament Committee The Organization (IPPA and FTG) will designate the necessary Committee and the Referees. The Tournament Committee will decide anything that affects organization and the interpretation of the current rules. The Tournament Committee can modify the number of registered players and cancel any of the categories of the game to be able to serve the possibility of a high demand of international players.
