2 2017 New Member Incentives New members joining Emporia Country Club before May 1, 2017 will enjoy the following incentives and benefits: New Member Incentives While waiting for Board Approval, you pay only food, beverage and usage charges. Apply by May 1, 2017 and your first month dues will be FREE. No upfront Initiation Fee with a minimum of a 12-month commitment. During the 12-month commitment you will pay dues, food and beverage, fees and charges applicable to your membership classification. When you complete the 12-month commitment and continue your membership the initiation fee will be forgiven, a savings of up to $500. Your final commitment is the one-time purchase of stock for $300 if required by your membership classification. Additional Information Beginning March 2017 initiation fees are $500 plus tax for Full, Junior 1, 2, and 3; $250 plus tax for Social and Non-Resident and $125 plus tax for Dining Only members. Applicant receiving an invitation from a sponsoring member must follow normal admission procedures and Board approval. The new member agrees to the payment of all dues and fees for their membership classification for a minimum period of 12-months, starting on the effective date of their membership. After the initial 12-month period, membership is month to month and may be terminated with a 30-day written notice. All dues and fees are payable upon receipt of club statement and will be assessed a late charge of 1.5% if more than 30 days past due. 4 Membership Classifications All household members may use the Club facilities to the extent that their classification will allow. Household members are defined as the member, their spouse or significant other, the member s and their spouse s children still currently enrolled as a full time student in school and who is living in the member s home, except during the period of time that they are away from home to attend school. Age of the oldest household member determines membership classification. FULL MEMBERSHIP (Age 40 and Older) Available to an individual twenty one years of age or older and their household members as defined above. Regular members are entitled to full use of the golf course, disc golf course, swimming pool and all clubhouse services and are subject to all fees and special assessments. Full members are required to purchase one share of stock and shall be entitled to full voting privileges and equity in the Club. One Share of Stock - $ Monthly Dues - $ beginning April 1, 2017 Monthly Food Minimum - $50.00 ($150 per quarter) JUNIOR 3 MEMBERSHIP (AGE 37-39) Available to an individual between the ages of thirty seven (37) and thirty nine (39) both inclusive and their household members as defined above. Junior members are entitled to full use of the golf course, disc golf course, swimming pool and all clubhouse services and are subject to all fees and special assessments. Junior members may purchase one share of stock in accordance with the payment plan as of their application date. Upon attaining the age of Forty (40), the Junior member shall become a Full Member, and will receive voting privileges when the stock purchase is paid in full. One Share of Stock - $ (Optional) Monthly Dues - $ beginning April 1, 2017 Monthly Food Minimum - $50.00 ($150 per quarter) JUNIOR 2 MEMBERSHIP (AGE 30-36) Available to an individual between the ages of thirty (30) and thirty six (36) both inclusive, and their household members as defined above. Junior members are entitled to full use of the golf course, disc golf course, swimming pool and all clubhouse services and are subject to all fees and special assessments. Junior members may purchase one share of stock in accordance with the payment plan as of their application date. Upon attaining the age of thirty seven (37), the Junior 2 member shall become a Junior 3 member. One Share of Stock - $ (Optional) Monthly Dues - $ beginning April 1, 2017 Monthly Food Minimum - $50.00 ($150 per quarter) JUNIOR 1 MEMBERSHIP (AGE 21-29) Available to an individual between the ages of twenty one (21) and twenty nine (29) inclusive, and their household members as defined above. Junior members are entitled to full use of the golf course, disc golf course, swimming pool and all clubhouse services and are subject to all fees and special assessments. Junior members may purchase one share of stock in accordance with the payment plan as of their application date. Upon attaining the age of thirty (30), the Junior 1 member shall become a Junior 2 member. One Share of Stock - $ (Optional) Monthly Dues - $85.00 beginning April 1, 2017 Monthly Food Minimum - $0

5 Membership Classifications SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP Available to an individual twenty one (21) years of age or older, and their household members as defined above. Social members shall have no voting privileges and are entitled to full use of the disc golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts and all clubhouse services only and are subject to all fees and special assessments. Additionally, Social Members may play 5 rounds of Golf per year by paying the current fees for golf and carts. Initiation Fee - $ Monthly Dues - $85.00 Monthly Food Minimum - $50 ($150 per quarter) DINING ONLY MEMBERSHIP Available to an individual twenty one (21) years of age or older, and their household members as defined above. Dining Only Members shall have no voting privileges and are entitled to all clubhouse services only and are subject to all fees and special assessments. Initiation Fee - $ Monthly Dues - $20.00 Monthly Food Minimum - $ ($100 per month) CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP A Corporate membership may be granted by the Board of Directors to a corporation doing business within the limits as established by the Board of Directors. The business owning such membership shall designate in writing to the Club the employee for whom the membership will be held and the employee must submit application to the Club and must be approved consistent with the membership process. Available to an individual twenty one years of age or older, and their household members as defined above, Corporate Members are entitled to full use of the golf course, disc golf course, swimming pool and all clubhouse services and are subject to all fees and special assessments. Any Corporation elected to this membership may hold up to ten (10) memberships and shall be liable for all dues and fees. The Corporate Membership shall be entitled to voting privileges and may hold Club Office. In the event the membership is transferred, the Corporation shall pay a transfer fee equal to 20% of the current initiation fee. One Share of Stock - $ Monthly Dues for Stockholder Member $ beginning April 1, 2017 Monthly Food Minimum $50 ($150 per quarter) CORPORATE ASSOCIATE MEMBERS A designated Corporate Membership may add up to 9 additional employees, with a minimum of three (3) as Corporate Associate Members. The business owning the Corporate Membership shall designate in writing to the Club the employee for whom the membership will be held and the employee must submit application to the Club and must be approved consistent with the membership process. Available to an individual twenty one years of age or older, and their household members as defined above. Corporate Associate Members are entitled to full use of the golf course, disc golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts and all clubhouse services and are subject to all fees and special assessments. Corporate Associate Members have no voting privileges and no equity in the Club and may not hold office.
