On the north east coast of Tasmania lays a hidden gem and one of the world's top links golf courses, Barnbougle Dunes. Upon 200 acres of undulating coastal dunes the creative genius of famed golf architect Tom Doak and Australia's Michael Clayton has been realised. Barnbougle, still only in its youth, continues to gain a reputation as one of the world's top links golf courses. The breathtaking landscape upon which the course has been created mirrors the wild coastal links courses of Scotland and Ireland. As Barnbougle continues to develop with age it looks set to follow in the footsteps of these great courses. At Barnbougle golf is an experience that strikes all the senses. 3 THE COURSES Lost Farm # 40 in 2016 Golf Magazine s World Top 100 The latest addition to Barnbougle is Coore & Crenshaw s masterpiece the Lost Farm. It has been described as a course with the potential to be ranked inside the top 10 in the world. Situated alongside Barnbougle Dunes, one of Australia s best golf courses, The Lost Farm is built amongst huge sand dunes featuring stunning views of some of Tasmania s most rugged coastline. Coore & Crenshaw have 4 courses in the world s top 25 and claim that the land on which the Lost Farm is being built is as good as any they have worked on. Barnbougle Lost Farm is a 20-hole Links Golf course on Tasmania's north east coast. Designed and constructed by world renowned U.S golf course design company Coore & Crenshaw, the Lost Farm is situated on Barnbougle Farm adjacent to the Barnbougle Dunes Course which opened in December With a reputation for minimalistic course design and a philosophy that traditional, strategic golf is the most rewarding, head architect Bill Coore created the Lost Farm with the intention to compliment the canvas provided by Mother Nature. Lost Farm features 20 holes all of which are playable during any given round, whilst the layout of holes at Lost Farm also offers a more diverse routing compared to Barnbougle Dunes, with fairways that roll both along the coast and inland. Boasting spectacular holes that wind along the coast, adjacent to the Forester River and inland towards the Tasmanian Hinterland, Barnbougle Lost Farm is a breathtakingly beautiful golf course that is dramatically different and yet simultaneously compliments both the surrounding landscape and Barnbougle Dunes.

4 Barnbougle Dunes # 33 in 2016 Golf Magazine s World Top 100 Barnbougle is a links golf course unlike anything ever seen in Australia. You play between, over, and across towering dunes, where breathtaking views and thrilling golf provides a dramatic setting that is equal to the best links courses in the world. The course is strong enough to test the best players but fair enough to be a joy for any player. Spectacular views and some of the greatest short holes in the world - it is an18 hole championship links golf course whose layout and design equals the great courses of Britain and Ireland. Barnbougle Dunes is a course that requires strategy and plotting a suitable path according to your ability. It does not require brute strength, yet there are places to exert power to an advantage. The outward nine at Barnbougle plays through a series of saddles that both shelter and direct play lines. The back nine is more open but arguably more striking with multiple panoramas of the course, adjoining bay and the town of Bridport. The fairways are wider than those of more traditional courses. The true lines to the flags are from the corners of the fairways and the perfect position alters depending on the direction and strength of the wind, the position of the pin and your standard as a player. Some of the shortest holes are the most interesting with both the 4th and 12th holes being less than 275 metres from the back tee. Complementing these holes are the par four 8th and the two par fives in the back nine which reward powerful strokes combined with measured control. The greens at Barnbougle run at speeds closely resembling the original greens of the great British links. The greens have been contoured in tune with the tumbling land around them. In places they tumble, while there are broad slopes on others & ridges through the playing lines of a few. GOLF CART POLICY AT BARNBOULGE Barnbougle takes great pride in the beauty of the Tasmanian coastline. To help protect the local wilderness and ensure the sand dunes of Barnbougle remain stable, the golf courses are walk courses only. However, if due to medical reasons you are unable to walk the courses, an escort can be arranged to drive you around in a golf cart. There is an additional cost of $ for this service. Escorted carts must be booked one week in advance and a current medical certificate must be provided.

5 THE ACCOMMODATION The Lost Farm Lodge The Lost Farm Lodge is stylishly appointed. The rooms provide an elegant accommodation option for golfers wishing to stay on site at the golf course. With views of the course, coastline and Tasmanian hinterland each room is only a short stroll to the Lodge Restaurant, Spa, Clubhouse and first tee. The rooms at Lost Farm Lodge are available in 2 configurations Single Queen Rooms each contain 1 Queen Bed and a lounge area. These are suitable for singles & couples. Double Queen rooms contain 2 Queen beds and are suitable for 2 singles or 2 couples. The Dunes Bistro THE AMENITIES Providing a casual resort style restaurant, gourmet local foods and those home style favourites, dining at Barnbougle Dunes is a relaxed experience. The delicious menu includes a large selection of traditional favourites along with chef s own specialties. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The Lost Farm Restaurant Perched atop a coastal dune providing spectacular views of the course and coastline, the Lost Farm Restaurant and lounge provides a picturesque dining experience. Open for breakfast and dinner daily, our chefs at the Lodge restaurant pride themselves on using the best locally sourced Tasmanian product in their menu design. With a generous selection of local Tasmanian and the finest Australian wines on offer, hand-select a tipple from our cellar to accompany your meal. With specialised climate controlled rooms for the red and white wines, trawling the racks for a bottle that takes your fancy is all part of the experience.

6 The Sports Bar at Lost Farm The Sports Bar at Lost Farm is the perfect place for an after golf refreshment or a handful of beers with the boys. Offering snack food, wood oven pizza, cold beer and a selection of local Tasmanian wines, the Sports Bar includes a TOTE, pool tables, dart boards and Foxtel to ensure no sporting moment is missed. The Spa The Spa at Lost Farm is a boutique health and wellness facility located on the new course site. Managed by Tasmanian Spa Company Melle Beauty, Spa at Lost Farm comprises of single and couples treatment rooms, vitality pool, steam retreat, relaxation room and gymnasium. Spa at Lost Farm will use specialized products from the Melle Beauty range in house, which utilize the natural healing properties of Tasmanian flora and fauna plant extracts.

8 Personalised Golf Adventures Pty Ltd (trading as Global Golf ) TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. General 1.1 The Customer has engaged Personalised Golf Adventures Pty Ltd trading as Global Golf ( GG ) to arrange the Tour ( the Tour ) as described in these Terms & Conditions and the Newsletter pertaining to the Tour ( the Newsletter ). 1.2 The Tour dates will be September 2018 inclusive. 1.3 The Customer s signing of these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Customer confirms that they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full. 1.4 Save and except for these Terms & Conditions and subject to any variation in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, the Customer acknowledges that the remainder of the Newsletter does not form part of these Terms & Conditions. 2. The Costs and Payment Schedule 2.1 The Costs of the Tour are: $ 1250 PP (Twin/Double Share) $ 270 PP (Single Supplement) 2.2 The Costs must be paid in accordance with the following payment schedule ( Payment Schedule ): Date Payment Amount(A$) ASAP to confirm your place but (latest) by 1/4/2018 Deposit (+ Single Supp) $750 By no later than 1/7/2018 Final Payment $ The Costs include the following: 3 Nights in Lost Farm Lodge 4 Rounds of golf (including pull buggies) 2 Rounds each at Barnbougle Dunes & Lost Farm 3 Breakfasts & 1 Lunch Box Ground transport & transfers $1250 PP (Twin Share) 2.4 The Costs exclude: Tips/Gratuities Meals other than those specified Air/other Transport to/from Launceston Excess baggage charges Caddies Fees Travel Insurance Total $ The tour has been based on a minimum of 12 travellers and we reserve the right not to proceed if we do not achieve this minimum. 2.6 Actual flights, hotels, itineraries and / or dates of play at each course may vary. In the unlikely event that flights, itineraries, rooms or golf cannot be arranged as set out in the Newsletter, a comparable alternative of a similar standard and location will be substituted where possible or you may be provided with a refund equivalent to the difference in cost to GG between the effected item as set out in the Newsletter and any alternative / substituted item. If any flight fares included in the Costs of the Tour are significantly more than they were during the month referred to in clause 1.3, GG reserves the right to reprice the Costs to accommodate for this difference. 2.7 The Customer shall pay the Deposit referred to in clause 2.2 ( the Deposit ) and return the original signed Terms & Conditions (including completed Booking Form at clause 14) to GG in order to complete a booking and create a binding contract subject to these Terms & Conditions. Booking Forms will not be binding unless and until the Deposit is paid and original signed Terms & Conditions are provided to GG. The Deposit and any other payments made or due to GG are non-refundable and non-transferrable, unless the Tour does not proceed because minimum numbers have not been reached in accordance with clause 2.5.

9 2.8 The balance of the Costs of the Tour are payable in accordance with the Payment Schedule. The Customer acknowledges that the Payment Schedule reflects GG s obligations for payments to hotels, courses and other third parties, and that any failure of the Customer to make payment of any amount in accordance with the Payment Schedule may result in the Customer forfeiting their place on the Tour and any Deposit and other payments made and due to GG, at GG s absolute discretion, and without a refund of any kind being due to the Customer. 2.9 For the avoidance of doubt, once the Deposit is paid to GG and the original signed Terms & Conditions are provided to GG, the Customer has agreed to and is bound by the Payment Schedule, and the only circumstance in which the Customer is not obligated to make payments to GG in accordance with the Payment Schedule is if the Tour does not proceed because minimum numbers have not been reached in accordance with clause The Customer is advised not to book their transportation or make other travel arrangements until GG confirms that the minimum numbers have been reached in accordance with clause 2.5 and that the Tour will be proceeding. If the Customer chooses to do so, against this advice of GG, the Customer does so entirely at their own risk and expense If the Customer elects share accommodation on the Booking Form it is the Customer s responsibility to find another Customer who is suitable and agreeable to sharing and to advise GG of these arrangements within 30 days of submitting their completed Booking Form with Deposit and signed Terms & Conditions to GG. In the event that no other Customer is advised within this 30 day period, the Customer agrees to pay, within 14 days of the expiry of this 30 day period, the applicable single supplement as described in clause The Customer may not deduct from or set-off against the Costs any claims which the Customer has or may have against GG Where applicable, the Customer shall pay goods and services tax (GST) additional to the Costs. 3. Insurance 3.1 The Customer shall take out and maintain adequate luggage, accident, medical and trip cancellation insurance. 3.2 The Customer will, upon the request of GG, produce evidence of the insurances referred to in clause GG may, at GG s absolute discretion, offer the Customer the option of being covered by any Group Travel Policy it has in place. There may or may not be an additional charge (not included in the Costs) applied for such coverage. 4. Car Rental & Transportation 4.1 Where the Tour involves a rental car, all drivers must be 25 years of age or over and under Where ground transportation is arranged as part of the tour, luggage space will be provided for no more than 1 x set of golf clubs, 1 x standard suitcase & 1 x small item of hand luggage per Customer. 4.3 GG does not accept liability for any loss or damage to baggage or any of the passenger's belongings. Passengers should report any lost items to GG who will use reasonable endeavours in assisting in completing a lost property form that can be used for any insurance claim in this matter. GG cannot assist in locating any lost items once the passenger has returned home. 5. Third Party Travel 5.1 Should GG issue the Customer an airline, rail or other travel ticket(s), the Customer acknowledges that these are a separate item outside of the Tour, and may carry change and cancellation penalties as specified by the carrier. 5.2 Any such travel will be subject to the conditions of carriage of the respective carrier including, but not limited to, cancellation fees and luggage restrictions. 5.3 The Customer should familiarise themselves with any such conditions and GG does not accept any liability for them. 5.4 Airlines may impose stricter weight and size limits for luggage and may also charge fees for checked baggage or golf clubs, including the first checked bag. Please check with your airline(s) directly for baggage regulations and related fees. GG is not responsible for additional fees imposed by air carriers regarding baggage. 6. Documentation 6.1 A current passport is required for all overseas travel. Customers of all nationalities should check visa requirements with the appropriate Embassy/Consulate of all destination countries. 6.2 It is the Customer s responsibility to ensure their travel documentation is in order and, subject to Clause 13, the Customer shall not be entitled to any refund of the Costs in the event that the Customer is not able to participate in some or all of the Tour as a result of any deficiency in such travel documentation including but not limited to passports and visas.

10 7. Golf Handicaps 7.1 GG strongly recommends that the Customer travels with a handicap card, and accepts no responsibility or liability if the Customer does not do so and is subsequently denied the right to play by a club requiring players to have a handicap card. 7.2 Certain clubs place maximum handicap restrictions on visitors. If the Customer s handicap is greater than 18, the Customer shall notify GG so that the Customer and GG may discuss which clubs have restrictions. 8. Caddies 8.1 If the Customer so requests, GG will attempt to secure caddies for the Customer. 8.2 GG cannot guarantee the availability of caddies. 8.3 If a caddy is secured for the Customer, all caddy charges (including tipping) are the responsibility of the Customer. 9. Changes 9.1 A minimum administration fee of $50.00 per change per person will be charged for changes requested by the Customer or travel agent of the Customer after the Deposit, the completed Booking Form and the signed Terms & Conditions have been received by GG and confirmation of the booking has been issued by GG. 9.2 Whilst GG will attempt to accommodate all reasonable change requests, circumstances may not allow for some changes and GG is under no obligation to accept any changes. 10. Name changes 10.1 In the event that the Customer wishes to substitute one or more of the passengers in the Booking Form previously confirmed on the Tour, the following per passenger charges will apply; more than 60 days before departure a charge of $100 plus any applicable non-refundable deposits paid to golf clubs which prohibit transfer or deposits; days before departure a charge of $400 plus any applicable non-refundable payments made to golf cubs which prohibit transfer of same; and less than 21 days before departure a charge of $800 plus any applicable non-refundable payments made to golf clubs which prohibit transfer of same. 11. Cancellations 11.1 The Customer shall notify GG of a cancellation of any booking for the Tour in writing to GG If the Customer cancels any or all parts of a booking, subject to these Terms and Conditions, GG will reasonably attempt to minimise charges on the Customer s behalf, subject to the following: an administration fee reflecting GG s time in this regard will be charged to the Customer; and any refund(s) to the Customer or waiver of further payments to be paid in accordance with the Payment Schedule, which will be entirely at GG s discretion, and will be reduced and / or will not occur as a result of any increase in the costs of the Tour to GG resulting from the cancellation. 12. Limitation of liability 12.1 The parties (the Customer and GG) agree that except as set out in these Terms & Conditions, GG cannot and does not make any representation, statement of fact, promise or warranty of any kind or nature express or implied with respect to the provision of services To the extent permitted by law and subject only to any express conditions contained in these Terms & Conditions, GG, its employees and contractors shall under no circumstances, other than wilful misconduct, be liable in any way whatsoever to the Customer for any form of loss, damage or expense sustained or incurred by the Customer or any other party in consequence or resulting directly or indirectly out of the supply of services by GG, its servants, agents or contractors pursuant to these Terms & Conditions Where statutory provisions apply to impose obligations on GG which cannot be excluded, to the extent permitted by law, the liability of GG shall be limited to the resupply of services or the payment of the Costs of having the services supplied again. 13. Indemnity 13.1 To the extent permitted by law the Customer agrees to indemnify GG against any claims or actions brought by the Customer, or any other on behalf of the Customer, in consequence or resulting directly or indirectly out of the supply of services by GG, its servants, agents or contractors pursuant to these Terms & Conditions.
