KATDAR - Class 2 winner at Lion-D'Angers in August and runner up in a claimer at Saint-Cloud this month. Short list 2. MISTER VANCOUVER - Had some good form in claimers earlier this year with wins at ParisLongchamp and Maisons-Laffitte. Consider 3. ANTIGUA BIWI - Won a claimer at Clairefontaine in August and has place prospects here today 4. CARTES - Fair third in a maiden here earlier this month but disappointing last time out 5. ARBEQUINA - Disappointing last of eleven behind Off The Coast on her debut in a newcomers race at Maisons-Laffitte this month A Class 2 winner at Lion-D'Angers in August (1) KATDAR had a couple of these behind when runner up behind Good Complicity in a claimer at Saint-Cloud earlier this month. He can make it career win number three today. (5) ROBINWOOD was one length behind the selection when third in that claimer at
Saint-Cloud and can be in the mix again. (2) MISTER VANCOUVER and (4) CARTES are next best. (1) KATDAR - (5) ROBINWOOD - (2) MISTER VANCOUVER - (4) CARTES
Race 2 1. ECHAUFFOUR - Six time winner from fourteen career starts and is a bang in form so is a contender again 2. PALPITATOR - A close second to Casterton in a Listed race in October 2017 and signs of a return to form at Saint-Cloud last month 3. BELLO MATTEO - Struggling in Quinte races lately but is a former dual Group Three winner 4. SIKANDARI - Still a maiden after nine career runs. Poor on only three starts this season so far 5. CAFE ROYAL - Disappointing in a couple of conditions races at ParisLongchamp in May but is capable of better 6. QUIET ZAIN - Won a Quinte on the sand at Cagnes in February. Good second in two more Quintes at Saint-Cloud and here since 7. LONDRES - Returned from a layoff to finish third to Soliel Marin on the PSF here this month. Consider (7) LONDRES made a pleasing return from a layoff to finish third behind stable companion Soliel Marin on the PSF here earlier this month. He looked a very promising horse last year and is the one to beat. (1) ECHAUFFOUR is a six time winner from fourteen career starts and looks the main danger to the selection. (2) PALPITATOR and (5) CAFE ROYAL are both useful on their day. (7) LONDRES - (1) ECHAUFFOUR - (2) PALPITATOR - (5) CAFE ROYAL
Race 3 1. ALBA POWER - Six-length winner of a conditions race here on March 31st and is respected on handicap debut 2. LEONIO - Battling winner of a Class 1 race at Fontainebleau last month and not without a chance today 3. QUAYSIDE - A close second behind (2) LEONIO in a Class 1 race at Fontainebleau last month. Respected 4. SALT LAKE CITY - Good sixth behind Yaalail in a Quinte handicap at ParisLongchamp this month. Not ruled out 5. PERFECT CITY - Dual winner from seven runs so far this term and does look well handicapped at the moment 6. MASSINA - Dual winner from twelve career runs. Very consistent and must be a player here 7. ASSENZIO - One win this season and three from sixteen in all. Work to do here nonetheless 8. DIAMOND CITY - Class 2 winner at Mont-de-Marsan last month and second in a Class 1 at Toulouse this month. Consistent 9. RIVER CANNES - A dual winner from seventeen starts and second in two of her last three handicaps. On a fair mark (2) LEONIO was a battling winner of a Class 1 race at Fontainebleau last month. He was third in a Listed race here in March and gets the vote ahead of (8) DIAMOND CITY who was a Class 2 winner at Mont-de-Marsan last month and second in a Class 1 at Toulouse this month so must be respected. (5) PERFECT CITY and (6) MASSINA can make the frame. (2) LEONIO - (8) DIAMOND CITY - (5) PERFECT CITY - (6) MASSINA
Race 4 1. LA HOUBLONNIERE - Has won her last three including a Class 2 race at Deauville in August and then a Class 1 race at Craon last month. Has a lot of weight to carry on her handicap debut but has the class to go close 2. FOREVER YOURS - Boasts decent form credentials which includes a hard fought win in a handicap here in May. A creditable second in a Quinte at Craon last month and then third to Calypso Song in another one at Maisons-Laffitte this month. Not without a chance today 3. FINATA - Opened her account in a maiden at Les Sables in July. Fair run in a handicap at Deauville in August before winning a Class 2 race at Bordeaulast month. Tough test today 4. GALILEO'S ANGEL - Lightly raced two time winner from just the six runs. Both were in handicaps, one at Dax in July and at Bordeaux earlier this month. Gets a 3.5 Kg penalty for her latest success 5. TRIPLE SPEED - Never in sight on handicap debut over 3000m at Deauville in August. Won over 2400m at Lyon La Soie earlier this month and carries a 2.5 Kg penalty today 6. INVESTOR - Well beaten on his handicap debut at Vichy in July and a poor effort at Deauville in August before a battling win in a handicap at Maisons- Laffitte earlier this month. Carries a 3 Kg penalty today. Has a chance 7. LE MUSICIEN - Won a maiden at Divonne early last month and was then runner up in a conditions race at La Roche Posay. Creditable sixth behind Calypso Song in a Quinte handicap at Maisons-Laffitte earlier this month 8. KENTUCKY TORNADO - Third behind Msaikah in a maiden at Maisons- Laffitte last month before a good second behind Calypso Song there earlier this month on her handicap debut. Not ruled out today 9. CLASSIC JOY - Impressive winner of a claimer at Clairefontaine in August and three decent efforts since then. Might find a few too good here today on his handicap debut 10. AKINATHOR GAME - Form has regressed in recent starts. Runner-up in a Quinte on his handicap debut at Saint-Cloud in May but has been well beaten in three starts since then. Hard to recommend 11. COULONCES - Battling winner of a claimer on the PSF here on September 1st before winning a handicap at Fontainebleau last time out. Up a total of 3 Kg after those two wins but faces a stiff test today 12. SANS REGRET - Rewarded for consistency when winning a handicap at Clairefontaine on her penultimate start in August. Struggled under a penalty at Saint-Cloud this month. Place prospects today 13. BAQDAD - Placed four times from eight career starts but well down the field
in both attempts at this level including eight of sixteen behind Calypso Song in a Quinte handicap at Maisons-Laffitte earlier this month 14. WISHING RUBY - Has won claimers at Deauville and Clairefontaine this year. Third of nine behind (3) FINATA in a Class 2 race at Bordeaux last time out. Looks reasonably well handicapped 15. AIGLE TEEN - Finished fifth behind Sejo in a Quinte at ParisLongchamp on handicap debut in May and seventh of sixteen behind Calypso Song in a Quinte handicap at Maisons-Laffitte earlier this month. Could place 16. POUR LIBRANNO - Won a maiden at Vittel in July and a good third behind (11) COULONCES over 3000m on her handicap debut at Fontainebleau last month. Fifth behind Calypso Song in a Quinte handicap at Maisons-Laffitte earlier this month (2) FOREVER YOURS was second to Miranda in a Quinte at Craon last month and then third to Calypso Song in another one at Maisons-Laffitte earlier this month. She rarely runs a poor race and gets the vote ahead (7) LE MUSICIEN who was sixth behind Calypso Song in a that race at Maisons-Laffitte last time out but can get closer today. (8) KENTUCKY TORNADO was making her handicap debut whe runner up in the same race so cannot be discounted. (12) SANS REGRET and (14) WISHING RUBY are two more to consider. (2) FOREVER YOURS - (7) LE MUSICIEN - (8) KENTUCKY TORNADO - (12) SANS REGRET - (14) WISHING RUBY - (13) BAQDAD - (3) FINATA - (16) POUR LIBRANNO
Race 5 1. LIBELLO - Won a Quinte handicap over 3200m at Deauville last time out in August. Up in class here 2. CALLED TO THE BAR - Has won a four of his ten career runs and a hugely progressive sorts who must go close here 3. HOLDTHASIGREEN - Has been an absolute revelation since scoring in a minor event at Pornichet back in Now a multiple scorer and on shortlist 4. MAX DYNAMITE - Representing the powerful Willie Mullins yard from Ireland. Infrequent winner but has gone very close in two Melbourne Cups 5. HORSEPLAY - Runner up behind God Given in a Group Two race over 2900m at Doncaster last month. Tough test today 6. MORGAN LE FAYE - Just behind (3) HOLDTHASIGREEN when third to Call The Wind in a Group One over 4000m at ParisLongchamp this month. Respected 7. PALOMBE - A close runner up behind Princess Yaiza in a Group Two over 2500m at ParisLongchamp this month. Not ruled out 8. BRUNDTLAND - Unbeaten in four career starts including a Group Two over 3000m at ParisLongchamp this month. Consider 9. FLAG OF HONOUR - A Group One winner over 2800m at the Curragh last month and well capable of putting in a big performance Although disappointing at ParisLongchamp earlier this month when never getting in to the race (4) MAX DYNAMITE has been placed in two Melbourne Cups and gets a tentative vote in a high class Group One field. The unbeaten (8) BRUNDTLAND continues to improve and the three year old is sure to be in the mix again today. (2) CALLED TO THE BAR and (3) HOLDTHASIGREEN are also serious contenders. (4) MAX DYNAMITE - (8) BRUNDTLAND - (2) CALLED TO THE BAR - (3) HOLDTHASIGREEN
Race 6 1. GRAIGNES - Has had the four starts. Won on debut and last time finished third beaten three lengths in the Maisons-Laffitte Criterium 2. SAN ANDREAS - Both runs have come in Naas maidens and just got the job done there last time. Does not appear to hold much chance 3. ROYAL MEETING - Won a Yarmouth maiden maiden in a tight finish during September. Showed good quality that day and will improve 4. BYE BYE HONG KONG - One novice win from four runs for this British raider. Limitations exposed in Group company but still placed 5. KESSAAR - Seemed to be just ordinary in first four runs but has improved beyond all recognition in last two runs bagging a Group Three and Two with ease 6. ECOLO - One success from four which came at Chantilly. Group Three placed at ParisLongchamp but disappointed last time 7. HERMOSA - Dual winner from six runs including a Group Three on her penultimate start. Runner up in Group One Fillies mile at Newmarket last time As Group One juvenile races go, this Criterium International seems to be lacking any real depth or potential superstars. It looks booked for export also like most of the two year old Group events run this season as there is a huge overseas challenge. Aiden o'brien supplies the most likely winner with his filly, (7) HERMOSA, who has improved markedly lately and can bag this after that excellent effort in the Fillies mile at Newmarket recently. **(NF) CAPE OF GOOD HOPE** can make it a one two for the yard. (3) ROYAL MEETING and (5) KESSAAR can make it a clean sweep for the raiders. (7) HERMOSA - (3) ROYAL MEETING - (5) KESSAAR
Race 7 1. BAKOEL KOFFIE - Three time winner from sixteen runs. Much respected in this company today. Bold bid expected 2. KARAR - Four time winner from twenty one and is easily forgiven a no show in a Group One at ParisLongchamp last time. Sets the standard 3. MIRACLE DES AIGLES - Half a dozen wins from forty starts. Runner up in strong ParisLongchamp handicap last time and a must for shortlist 4. REPERCUSSION - Former smart winner in the United Kingdom and penultimate start at this venue. Has each way claims at best 5. ON THE SEA - All three wins from sixteen have come this season including two in a row earlier in the campaign. Noted 6. CHEIKELJACK - Very good record with half a dozen wins from fourteen and at Group level. Will have to be respected here 7. LILLY KAFEINE - Half a dozen wins from from twenty seven starts. Most reliable type and definitely ruled in 8. KOOL AND THE GANG - Four time winner from forty and does come into this in form but has an awful lot to find on ratings with the principals 9. LARIS - Five time winner from twenty four. Gained two of those in a row from just four runs this campaign 10. DAME DU ROI - Three time winner from thirteen outings. Less exposed than some and must be recognized as a threat A really mouthwatering Class A Conditions event for four year old's and up. A strong case can be made for nearly all of the runners and a blanket finish would not surprise. A bit of a punt on (7) LILLY KAFEINE though is the eventual advice. She is reliable and should represent better value than the more obvious market leaders like (2) KARAR and (1) BAKOEL KOFFIE. They will take a fair chunk of support. (3) MIRACLE DES AIGLES can hit the frame too. (7) LILLY KAFEINE - (2) KARAR - (1) BAKOEL KOFFIE - (3) MIRACLE DES AIGLES
Race 8 1. MORCOTE - Improving with each start in maidens and a fair effort on handicap debut at Lyon Parilly last month 2. PARIS PARIS - Raised 2 Kg for her win in a handicap on the PSF here this month. Not ruled out 3. RESTLESS - Was raised 3.5 Kg for her win in a handicap at Maisons-Laffitte last month but a good second there since. Can be in the mix 4. TERRAVISTA - A couple of respectable efforts in late spring/early summer but disappointing on handicap debut last month 5. LALYROSE - Dual winner from fourteen career starts and has been consistent. Place prospects today 6. TENNESSEE SONG - Runner up behind Vadavar in a maiden here earlier this month. Not without a chance 7. ABBIE CHOPE - Well beaten in handicaps at Lyon La Soie and here on the PSF in her last two starts 8. SPEED - Runner up behind Jarinsy in a handicap at Saint-Cloud earlier this month. Has a chance today 9. FORMI - Gained a deserved first success in a handicap at Pornichet this month. Has a 3 Kg penalty today 10. JACK'S SON - Fifth of twelve behind Loutro in a handicap at Saint-Cloud earlier this month. Consistent (3) RESTLESS was raised 3.5 Kg for her win in a handicap at Maisons-Laffitte last month but a good second again there since then. She is still improving and gets the vote ahead of (8) SPEED who was runner up behind Jarinsy in a handicap at Saint-Cloud earlier this month and must be respected. (2) PARIS PARIS and (5) LALYROSE are next best. (3) RESTLESS - (8) SPEED - (2) PARIS PARIS - (5) LALYROSE
ARGENTAN - 28th October Trainer of the day : Philippe & Christoph Chemin & Ch.Herpin (s) (203, 403, 507, 601, 602, 702) Jockey of the day : Clément Lefebvre (209, 301, 505, 804) Horse of the day : Eva Conti (505) Dark Horse : Saint Louhann (101) Race 1 1. SAINT LOUHANN - Placed in all three runs early last season but must overcome the absence. Still ruled in 2. HANZIE DES HAZARDS - Placed in two of his eleven outings and has work to do now. Very hard to fancy 3. EDEN GARDEN - Down the field on debut during February and will need to find a lot of improvement 4. GOLD AND STARS - Off the mark on last of six starts which came at Saint- Brieuc earlier this month 5. KINGNAMIX - Placed just the once in nine outings and will need to do much better than those starts 6. KHADIJI ROYALE - Well beaten on both outings earlier in the year and will need to do a lot more today Not the greatest of events to open the card but one that (4) GOLD AND STARS cold ultimately prove to be successful in having won last time at Saint-Brieuc so is in grand form. Hopefully the starting price will not be too short. (1) SAINT LOUHANN is coming back from an absence having shown promise and is regarded as a threat. (5) KINGNAMIX and (6) KHADIJI ROYALE can come home well behind the principals. (4) GOLD AND STARS - (1) SAINT LOUHANN - (5) KINGNAMIX - (6) KHADIJI ROYALE
Race 2 1. ETOILE DASSILA - Dual winner from a dozen runs. Third at Le Touquet last time out but more needed 2. TWIRLING - Placed in four of his eight runs. Fell at Segre last time out and will bid to atone 3. DONSKOYE - Dual winner from five runs including last two at Carhaix so will bid for the hat trick 4. DRAKKAR NAVAL - One success from seven outings. Runner up at Le Liond'Angers during August when last seen 5. TIGER DE BAUNE - Triple winner from twenty three runs. Pulled up last time but previous form not so bad 6. TELENOMIE - Seven time winner from forty and has a chance on best overall form to be fair 7. CALIXEL - One win from thirteen and placed in some of the others so might have a chance if all falls into place 8. ALPAGUEUR - Four time winner from thirty five. Has been raced sparingly of late and has it to do 9. BONHEUR DE GRAIN - Dual winner from fifteen runs. Fell at Craon last time and would have a chance if on a going day Horses that are on a roll should always be followed and that is the case with (3) DONSKOYE who has won his last two in a row at Carhaix and although those were back in April he should be cherry ripe for a tilt at this today. (9) BONHEUR DE GRAIN could well stake a claim. (1) ETOILE DASSILA and (6) TELENOMIE can hit the frame. (3) DONSKOYE - (9) BONHEUR DE GRAIN - (1) ETOILE DASSILA - (6) TELENOMIE
Race 3 1. FUKUTO - Good debut fourth at Chateaubriant on debut back in May and should be better for that 2. SCEAUX DES LANDES - Third on debut at Royan in August but then fell at Dax early last month 3. FAKIR DE BAUNE - Pulled up on debut at Nantes earlier this month so needs a huge chunk of improvement 4. FOURMIS - Mother was an average two time winner and this will be her first foal to hit the track 5. WINNER DU DESERT - Dam was unraced and this will be her first foal to race so much best watched 6. FORTUNATE SON - Dam was a placed maiden and her first foal has yet to score so best watched here 7. CHARMINO - Third on debut at Le Lion-d'Angers before two sixth place finishes at Auteuil 8. MAKLEM - Unplaced in all her four outings and has a big task on here now too today 9. FIESTA - Placed once in her five outings but is another that will need to improve significantly 10. PLATE BANDE - Placed just once in eight outings and so much more needed to score here 11. CAGOLE - Unplaced in all her five outings and basically looks a big outsider here 12. FANON DU BREUIL - Finished eighth on debut at Landivisiau and must be able to do a lot better (2) SCEAUX DES LANDES had just been headed at the last when unshipping his jockey at Dax early last month and that followed a decent debut effort at Royan. He might get everything to fall into place here. (1) FUKUTO ran well on debut at Chateaubriant and looks sure to come on for that. (7) CHARMINO appeals best of the rest ahead of (8) MAKLEM. (2) SCEAUX DES LANDES - (1) FUKUTO - (7) CHARMINO - (8) MAKLEM

Race 4 1. SHAPUR - Just the one win from thirty seven outings and will find this difficult 2. TEVENNEC - One success from fourteen runs. Best effort when fourth in a Listed race at Auteuil in March 3. DAISY DES ONGRAIS - Placed in four of her five outings and could be well positioned for this 4. ROBYNA - Placed twice in seven starts before pulling up at Auteuil last time out in June 5. REMEMBER THE MAN - A winner at Lingfield early last season before long time off and then well beaten fifth at Auteuil last month 6. MONSIEUR CANNIBALE - Just the one win from thirty three runs. Finished fourth at Angers last time out 7. IRISH DOUK - All three places from seven have come in his last three runs and seems to be improving 8. DANSE AVEC LA LUNE - Triple winner from sixteen runs and does at least arrive here in grand form 9. LE GANDIN - Absent since March of last season. Finished third at Nantes then but absence a worry 10. DANCER SMART - Placed just the once in seven outings and surely is a huge outsider here 11. LIONS HILL - Remains a maiden in both Germany and this country and basically has lots to do 12. SILVER DREAM - Placed in three of his eleven runs but does not seem to be progressing 13. ELECTRO BELL - Placed in three of her eight outings but last two efforts were not so good This five year old conditions event has come up rather light. Perhaps a small interest on (2) TEVENNEC might yield a result. Those hopes are pinned on what he achieved at Auteuil in March when he finished fourth in a Listed hurdle. (3) DAISY DES ONGRAIS is the form choice and still very much unexposed. (5) REMEMBER THE MAN is very interesting in front of (7) IRISH DOUK.
(2) TEVENNEC - (3) DAISY DES ONGRAIS - (5) REMEMBER THE MAN - (7) IRISH DOUK
Race 5 1. DUNE DE COEUR - A dual winner from seven runs. Runner up last time out at Limoges so in form 2. EAU GAZEUSE - Dam was unraced and this is her first foal so is much best watched here 3. ELKA STAR - One win from eleven outings. Placed in latest four runs so not totally devoid of hope 4. EMPATHIE - Placed once in five outings and basically looks a total outsider here 5. EVA CONTI - Placed in four of her five outings and looks to have a fine chance today 6. EVEILDUBOULAY - Has won a third of her nine runs and run well in good company. Fell on hurdles debut 7. ETOILE DE PRETOT - Just the three runs and runner up in last two events which came this year in July 8. EXCUSEZ DU PEU - Placed once in her three outings. Unexposed with some scope and hope for future (5) EVA CONTI seems to really fit the bill here having already placed in four of her five bumper starts and of which the latest came here where she was a decent third. She should be well suited by hurdles and is most likely to start warm favourite. (6) EVEILDUBOULAY has solid flat form and might have learned from a hurdles debut fall. (7) ETOILE DE PRETOT and (3) ELKA STAR have each way claims. (5) EVA CONTI - (6) EVEILDUBOULAY - (7) ETOILE DE PRETOT - (3) ELKA STAR
Race 6 1. DJEAN ROCK - One win from nine runs which came this season at Granville. Placed at Moulins last time out 2. DESTIN SACRE - Still a maiden after a dozen outings but has run well on a few occasions 3. DILENE BRUERE - Off the mark on last of five outings which was chase debut at Angouleme 4. ELEKTRA DU BRIVET - One success from five which came at La Roche S/Yon last month. Out of frame for first time on latest outing 5. D'GENTLE REFLEXION - Unplaced in three outings and basically has it all to do and probably best left alone (3) DILENE BRUERE looks the one to be on here. The daughter of Kap Rock had two seconds at Pompadour leading into a debut chase victory at Angouleme and now looks well poised to make it two in a row and maybe comfortably so as well. (4) ELEKTRA DU BRIVET and (1) DJEAN ROCK are definitely next best in front of (2) DESTIN SACRE. (3) DILENE BRUERE - (4) ELEKTRA DU BRIVET - (1) DJEAN ROCK - (2) DESTIN SACRE
Race 7 1. ZARISK - Five time winner from twenty one. Dropping in class lately so might go well 2. KHIGHT ROCK BEY - Remains a maiden after fourteen runs and seems to be regressing very much now 3. OMAHA SPIRIT - One win from nine runs which occurred here last November. Not in great form since then 4. YELLOW MELLOW - Four time winner from twenty two. Placed in last four attempts so very much fancied 5. L'ASSAUT SIX - Dual winner from twenty one outings. Finished second at Orleans earlier this month This four year old claiming chase is moderate but (4) YELLOW MELLOW should be well worth a wager having been running with credit in her last four efforts by placing in all of those and will hopefully represent some value. (1) ZARISK is now in calmer waters and will be a tough nut to crack. (5) L'ASSAUT SIX and (2) KHIGHT ROCK BEY to follow home. (4) YELLOW MELLOW - (1) ZARISK - (5) L'ASSAUT SIX - (2) KHIGHT ROCK BEY
Race 8 1. BAPTIST'PALACE - One success from twenty starts. Finished third in the last two of his three runs 2. SUPER NONANT - Just the one win from sixty. Runner up in his last two events at Le Touquet 3. DOUBLE VOIE - One success from eleven runs. Runner up at Nort-sur-Erdre last time out 4. DUCHESSE DE LAUNAY - Triple winner from twenty seven runs.just the one run so far this season. Could be thereabouts 5. VATOHIO - Four time winner from twenty four. Placed in last couple of runs so has a chance 6. ROYAL CORALIA - One win from eleven but has been absent since December of Best left alone (4) DUCHESSE DE LAUNAY gets the vote in another pretty tight affair. The selection only ran once this season which came at Compiegne last month but there was plenty of promise there and she might come on for that. (5) VATOHIO has been performing well and has a shout. (3) DOUBLE VOIE and (1) BAPTIST'PALACE have each way claims. (4) DUCHESSE DE LAUNAY - (5) VATOHIO - (3) DOUBLE VOIE - (1) BAPTIST'PALACE
SAINT-BRIEUC - 28th October Trainer of the day : Pierre-Jean Fertillet (110, 107, 204) Jockey of the day : Wilfrid Denuault (205, 308, 406) Horse of the day : Montgeoffroy (309) Dark Horse : Pearl Daram (208) Race 1 1. EDITORIAL - Has not shown much in three hurdles races and needs to find a few lengths to win this race 2. SPEED DES BOURNAIS - Much improved last run when fourth and does have to be considered returning from a break 3. BLAZING MYSTERY - Holding form well in this division and should fight out the finish once again 4. MICK RIO - Only sixth on debut but could improve trying hurdles for the first time 5. HAWICK - Disappointing last run. Capable of better and could play a minor role at best 6. SIRWA DU BOCAGE - Unreliable. More is needed to win but is capable of earning some money 7. CARIOCA DU WAL - Mostly modest form but could improve returning from a break. Might earn minor money 8. EURVAD PEMBO - Battling and has yet to win after 18 starts but could play a minor place at best 9. LITTLE GREEN - Fifth on debut. Needs to do more to win but could finish in the money with improvement likely 10. FLEXIBLE - Ignore last run. This course and distance suits and has a winning chance in this line-up (3) BLAZING MYSTERY looks to be improving and could be the right one to get punters off to a winning start. (10) FLEXIBLE disappointed last time out but is clearly better than that run would suggest. (7) CARIOCA DU WAL returns from a break but does have a winning chance if fit. (6) SIRWA DU BOCAGE could earn some money.
(3) BLAZING MYSTERY - (10) FLEXIBLE - (7) CARIOCA DU WAL - (6) SIRWA DU BOCAGE
Race 2 1. GOOD PRINCE - Better over the larger obstacles but is holding form and should contest the finish 2. NIKABUSS - Has yet to win after 12 starts but was not disgraced when runnerup last time out. Place chance 3. PARKER RIDGE - Has already won two claimers this year and should fight out the finish once again 4. CRAIC - A bit disappointing when only fifth last time out. More needed to win. Might place 5. DOLLAR KING - May have needed both starts this year. Could be fitter this time. Might place 6. TORRIJOS - Has some ability and did win nicely on debut. Returns from a lengthy break 7. KRACK D'ICI - Fit and ready for this race but does need to find a few lengths to win 8. PEARL DARAM - Battling to regain winning form but could play a minor role in this line-up 9. AIR DE SALSA - Fair form in hurdles. More needed to win but could sneak a minor place 10. KERYS - Unreliable. Does need to find a few lengths to win but might earn minor money (3) PARKER RIDGE beat a few of these before so it is just a matter of holding his form and he can win again. (1) GOOD PRINCE is holding his form and will not go down without a fight. (4) CRAIC ran behind both them but is clearly not out of it in a competitive race. (5) DOLLAR KING is fit and ready for this race. (3) PARKER RIDGE - (1) GOOD PRINCE - (5) DOLLAR KING - (4) CRAIC
Race 3 1. CHRISTAMELY - Did not show much on hurdles debut. Needs to improve sent Chasing this time 2. KALONNE VADE - Did not show much on hurdles debut. Needs to improve trying the larger obstacles 3. FULL PRECIEUX - Did not show much on debut and needs major improvement trying the larger obstacles 4. FLAG DU BOULAY - Disappointingly was only ninth on hurdles debut. Likely to improve trying Chasing 5. TRESPALACIOS - Has not shown much so far but is at least fit and ready for his Chasing debut 6. SOLI BLUE - Well beaten in three starts and does need major improvement to win. Others preferred 7. WHISKY MOUILLE - Much improved when fourth in latest start. Must be considered on Chasing debut 8. PARIS TO GREEN - May have just needed recent sixth place finish. Could improve over the larger obstacles 9. MONTGEOFFROY - Fair form on the flat. Not disgraced when fourth on hurdles debut. Could do even better Chasing now 10. LE NOVELLO - First run for a Silver Frost gelding out of Criminal Case. must be considered on debut 11. FRIMEUR DES SABLON - Well beaten on recent debut. Needs major improvement to win this race. Others preferred 12. MILORD DE TEILLEE - Not disgraced when sixth on debut. Could improve over the larger obstacles. Chance (9) MONTGEOFFROY was not disgraced when fourth last time out and that form looks good enough to win a race like this but a clear round of jumping is needed. (8) PARIS TO GREEN could be ready to improve and must be given some respect. (4) FLAG DU BOULAY disappointed last time out but has a winning chance. (1) CHRISTAMELY also has to be considered. 26 Race 4 1. FEE DES BOIS - A bit better when sixth in latest start. Needs to find a few lengths to win 2. LOU MAGNIFICA - Two fair runs so far and could contest the finish once again. Has a chance 3. FURIE PRECIEUSE - Disappointing hurdles debut. Fair form before that and is clearly not out of it 4. MOODLY - Only seventh on debut. Should be smarter this time and likely to go close 5. DIVINE PRESTIGE - Fair debut. Did not repeat that last time out. Capable of earning some money 6. SAGE WAY - Well beaten on debut. Showed good improvement last time out and should go close 7. LADYS LIGHT - Not disgraced when third last time out. Likely to be smarter this time. Big chance 8. MISS KALISTA - First run for a Youmzain filly out of Miss Poppee. Could need the experience 9. RACING SPIRIT - First run for a Racinger filly out of Spirit Katoune. Likely to need this experience 10. FILOCHE BOULOISE - Did not show much on debut. Needs to find a few lengths to win and others are preferred 11. NOOREVA - A bit disappointing last time out. More needed to win but could finish in the money 12. VRAIMENT BELLE - Modest first two starts. Could improve trying a lot further this time. Might place (7) LADYS LIGHT did well enough on her hurdles debut when third to suggest that a win would come soon enough and this race does look the right race for her. (4) MOODLY proved a disappointment on debut but is likely to know more this time and could do a lot better. (6) SAGE WAY is improving and is clearly not out of it. (7) LADYS LIGHT - (4) MOODLY - (6) SAGE WAY - (2) LOU MAGNIFICA

FEURS - 28th October Trainer of the day : Franck Anne (406, 505, 609) Jockey of the day : Franck Nivard (201, 403, 502, 610) Horse of the day : Bold Eagle (610) Dark Horse : Darling Lady (213) Race 1 1. VEGAS JENILAT - Better in under harness and will make a bold bid in this line-up chasing a hat-trick of wins in this code 2. BELLE ISLOISE - Back to form recently and is likely to give this a good go once again 3. VICTOR DU MOULIN - Made a belated return to form last time and will need to confirm to feature here 4. BEST OF PIERJI - Endured rough start to 2018 but has reaffirmed recently with back-to-back wins 5. VRAI THEBAD - Has not won for some time and recent runs have been modest. Others preferred 6. BAUMONT D'AVIGNERE - Already a seven-time winner this term but must reaffirm after 3 disappointing starts 7. CARIBBEAN SEA - Improved recent efforts but has been modest this year. Has a minor role at best 8. ANCHUZA - Not without ability but does tend to get off on the wrong foot. Makes little appeal 9. CHRONO DE VINDECY - Sanctioned in every start this year and hard to make a case for here. Overlook 10. BIENVENUE FOLLE - Useful mare under the saddle but likely to struggle under harness again 11. BODIE SLY - Holding her own and seldom far off. More needed to win and so place chance at best 12. BELLA CRUZ - Confirmed recent improvement with a last-start success and could have another role to play racing unshod here 13. BARON DE REUX - Improved recent form in the claiming division and can't be ruled out at this level either
(6) BAUMONT D'AVIGNERE has a 100% record from eight starts with Kassandra Fresneau in the sulky, so is hard to oppose here and that pair will logically rally many votes. (4) BEST OF PIERJI and Virginie Boudier-Cormy are also a formidable duo so look likely to pose the biggest threat. After back-to-back wins in this code, both (1) VEGAS JENILAT and (3) VICTOR DU MOULIN can make their presence felt too. (6) BAUMONT D'AVIGNERE - (4) BEST OF PIERJI - (1) VEGAS JENILAT - (3) VICTOR DU MOULIN
Race 2 1. ENERGIE DE MAX - Has been really struggling with strides issues this year. Improvement needed 2. DALI DES NEUF CLOS - Unreliable but not devoid of ability and could show improvement in this code 3. EXCEPTIONAL GIRL - Last-start winner in this code and has solid claims of following up. Player 4. EVA DE CLERLANDE - Has decent credentials and can put on a good show if keeping her action together 5. DOLLY DU CARBONEL - Enjoyed a purple patch last spring but her recent form is poor. Must reaffirm 6. DESIREE DU MAXFRAN - Mare with ample ability and proven at a better level. Has been struggling of late 7. DREAM OF LIFE - Has done nothing of note in all starts this year and can be overlooked 8. DAGANIE ONE - Versatile distance wise but recent efforts do nothing to inspire confidence 9. EMPEREUR DAIRPET - Showed signs of a return to form under harness recently. Must confirm switching codes 10. DIPLOME D'ORTIGE - Enjoying a good run of form in this code and will garner significant support again 11. DON DU CIEL - Modest under harness and is regularly ill-disciplined. Others preferred 12. DARWIN BEGONIA - Delicate sort but not without ability. Could get a look in if applied 13. DARLING LADY - Useful sort in this code and can get a look in here if applied. Place chance 14. ELSTAR - Won two on the trot under harness in the spring. Not in the same form since and switches codes now (3) EXCEPTIONAL GIRL opened her account in this code at Marseille-Borely last time and, while she lacks consistency, could follow up here. (10) DIPLOME D'ORTIGE was disqualified shortly after the start of his last outing but could be worth another chance here. (1) ENERGIE DE MAX continues to endure stride issues but could show improvement under Franck Nivard.
(3) EXCEPTIONAL GIRL - (10) DIPLOME D'ORTIGE - (1) ENERGIE DE MAX - (9) EMPEREUR DAIRPET
Race 3 1. DZEKKO DE CAREL - Poor recent form is probably reflective of his chances here. Can be ruled out 2. DREAM DU RABUTIN - Undeniably capable but has been off the boil of late and must reaffirm 3. DYASAR - Not the most reliable but front-line break will do his prospects no disservice 4. DESIR DE SENOVILLE - Has struggled in recent starts and would need to improve to feature here 5. DOM DE CARSI - Does not always show his best side but reassured last time and in similar form should feature prominently 6. DRAGSTER DARCHE - Has done little wrong and in form will have a role to play here. Place chance 7. DINO DE TOUCHYVON - Back in shape early summer but well beaten in two starts before reaffirming last time. Must confirm 8. DIRTY PRIDE - Not devoid of ability and is confirmed under these conditions. Remains too delicate to trust though 9. DYNASTIE - Good consistent performer in this class of event but runs full shod so is overlooked 10. DIDJI DU MESSI - Consistent performer under harness and likely to feature prominently again 11. DANAKIL DE BELLEN - Tends to go well when not disqualified and is not one to be underrated 12. DOC ERGE - Showed better intentions in his last start. Has Gaillard in the kart so could surprise 13. DIAMOND OAKS - Good consistent performer in this class of event. Runs well barefoot so has claims 14. DJOHN - Well-beaten in recent starts and often the subject of the stewards' attention 15. DOUGLAS DU PONT - Superb performer recently, winning five of last six starts. Chance again despite tricky starting berth 16. DIVINE D'ECROVILLE - Mare with ability but too unreliable to trust and is only one for larger exotics
(5) DOM DE CARSI acquitted himself well with this apprentice last time and should do so again to play another leading role, racing barefoot from the front line. (15) DOUGLAS DU PONT is best known racing right-handed but he holds a theoretical winning chance. Consistent (10) DIDJI DU MESSI also has ambitions of finishing on the podium. (5) DOM DE CARSI - (15) DOUGLAS DU PONT - (10) DIDJI DU MESSI - (6) DRAGSTER DARCHE - (13) DIAMOND OAKS
Race 4 1. FAKIR DE FROMENTIN - Experienced trotter who has been a regular without winning. Place chance 2. FETU DES MALBERAUX - Disqualified in last start after opening his account at the ninth attempt. Outsider 3. FRIPOUILLE - Opened her account at Vichy on debut and followed up last time. Has more to offer 4. FANTOMAS TURGOT - Has turned a corner recently ad in current form can't be ruled out here 5. FIRST DE L'EPINE - On the podium in all bar one of his completed starts so is not without a chance 6. FAKIR DE PUCH - Has delivered on his early promise with three wins from his last four starts 7. FRAGON D'AVIGNERE - Won a brace at this level during the spring but has been disappointing since 8. FANON DES FORGES - Unreliable recently but not devoid of ability. Could play a minor role if reaffirming 9. FIRST MOLIERE - Demonstrated useful ability in this code but got off the mark under the saddle so may prefer that discipline now 10. FORT DE FRANCE - Dual winner under harness and won under the saddle last time. Not discounted 11. FRAISE BLANCHE - Has only one win to her name but has progressed nicely of late. Place chance 12. FEE DE JANEIRO - Consistently acquits herself well and will have another shot at a place cheque here Unbeaten in two starts, (3) FRIPOUILLE could preserve her 100% record and score a hat-trick of wins, if as effective racing to the left, with Franck Nivard at the helm. (6) FAKIR DE PUCH was beaten for the first time in four starts recently but should play another leading role here. (4) FANTOMAS TURGOT won't be far off the mark either. (3) FRIPOUILLE - (6) FAKIR DE PUCH - (4) FANTOMAS TURGOT - (5) FIRST
DE L'EPINE
Race 5 1. EPONA CENSERIE - Not the most reliable trotter but is well positioned so will garner interest 2. EXALTATION CITRON - Unreliable but is capable of a surprise. Hard to trust but as hard to rule out 3. ELLEE DU METZ - Unexceptional filly who has failed to place in either claiming appearance. Overlook 4. EXTREME VRIE - Has done nothing noteworthy since imposing at Vivaux last year and will have little to offer 5. ETINCELLE DU PARC - Seldom lets the side down and is proven under these conditions. One to beat 6. EVLA DE VIVE - Is unreliable but not devoid of ability. Can play a role with application 7. ECLIPSE LIGNERIE - Complicated but has evident ability. Will have her chances racing barefoot 8. ESPERANZA VOLSIN - Modest recent form in both codes do not augur well for her chances here. Overlook 9. ELITE DE BAS - Undeniably capable but has been inconsistent of late. Could have a role to play 10. EMYLIA GRIFF - Enjoyed an excellent start to the year before losing her way. Must reaffirm 11. EPONA DE CHENOU - Long-time whose recent form does little to inspire any confidence. Can be ruled out 12. ELEVEN NIGHTS - Improved this year before recent flop. Can have a role to play if bouncing back 13. EAST SOUTH STAR - Has been in good form of late and could be the dark horse here. Respect 14. EMILIE MARCEAUX - Poor recent form in both codes do not augur well for his chances here. Overlook 15. EPIONE DU GOUTIER - Has turned a corner since racing barefoot and can feature prominently again 16. EHTIVA DES BUDENTS - Modest recent form. Must improve to feature and could do so racing unshod here
In-form (5) ETINCELLE DU PARC has the means to emerge victorious in this allfemale contest at the expense of unshod (7) ECLIPSE LIGNERIE, who must prove herself left-handed. Capable but erratic (2) EXALTATION CITRON can make her presence felt from an ideal starting berth with Franck Nivard in the sulky. Barefoot duo (15) EPIONE DU GOUTIER and (11) EPONA DE CHENOU have claims too from the second row. (5) ETINCELLE DU PARC - (7) ECLIPSE LIGNERIE - (2) EXALTATION CITRON - (15) EPIONE DU GOUTIER - (11) EPONA DE CHENOU
Race 6 1. BARONNE DE BAPRE - Has regained both form and confidence recently but will need to raise her game here 2. UNION DE BELLANDE - Delicate but serious horse in the other code. Unlikely threat under harness 3. CALIN DE MORGE - On an excellent run since late spring but has nothing more than minor role to play 4. BOCAGE D'ORTIGE - Modest recent form is reflective of his chances. Can easily be passed over 5. UNERO MONTAVAL - Versatile veteran holding form but in current form will have little to offer 6. CAVALLERIA - Justifiably well-regarded mare. Could prove hard to catch if allowed to dictate 7. BOSS DU MELEUC - Remarkable servant in this branch of the game. Place chance for Yannick-Alain Briand 8. BALBIR - Good consistent servant that has bags of stamina. Logical choice for a podium position 9. AKIM DU CAP VERT - No slouch at this level of competition. All shoes come off so could find the frame 10. BOLD EAGLE - Needs no introduction. Has a superb record and in current form looks hard to oppose Owner Pierre Pilarski's passion for racing was born in the Loire. He makes a gift to his area of adoption by bringing his champion (10) BOLD EAGLE, the prolific two-time winner of the Prix d'amerique, who should have no trouble making up the 25m distance to (6) CAVALLERIA on his return to action. The latter is likely to lead from the front line so is preferred to consistent (8) BALBIR and last-start winner (9) AKIM DU CAP VERT. (10) BOLD EAGLE - (6) CAVALLERIA - (8) BALBIR - (9) AKIM DU CAP VERT
Race 7 1. BLEU BLANC BLEU - Unreliable and better when hind shoes come off. Hard to make a case for 2. BINGO - Unreliable sort but quite capable of staking a claim in a race like this. Respect 3. BURGUESA - Back in the game in recent weeks. Ideally positioned to give a competitive account 4. BOLERO DU SABLIER - Regularly a question of all or nothing. Hard to trust but as hard to rule out 5. BOYLOTIN - Last tasted success in Has put up some respectable efforts since but is not a realistic proposition here 6. BLUE OAKS - Faithful servant when racing unshod. Will legitimately garner support here 7. BIEN ALLER - In-and-out performer. Won at Marseille-Borely last month but prone to breaking stride 8. BIG FOX - Has pleased in two of last four but must improve on recent performances. Others preferred 9. BROADWAY - Has pleased in three of last five but must reaffirm after recent flop. Others preferred 10. BETHLEEM - Has done nothing noteworthy since June and can be ruled out. Others preferred 11. BAETENKAU EL - Fair recent form. More needed to win but could play another minor role 12. BELLA DE LA BASLE - Undeniably capable but has been off the boil in recent times and must reaffirm 13. BIG UP MAGIK - Has looked distinctly ordinary since winning in April. Chances limited even at this level 14. BRISE DU BUIS - Decent sort in this branch of the game. Reaffirmed last start and could make the first five racing unshod 15. BON VENT - Has placed just twice in 12 starts this season. Others make more appeal 16. BON PARCOURS - Well-tried this year and in poor form since August. Others are preferred
A three-time winner from four starts at this track, unshod (6) BLUE OAKS will be hard to beat if allowed to lead. (14) BRISE DU BUIS is unbeaten here and can make her presence felt racing barefoot from the second line. Last-start winner (3) BURGUESA cannot be ignored on current form and from the inside of the front row, despite racing fully shod. (6) BLUE OAKS - (14) BRISE DU BUIS - (3) BURGUESA - (9) BROADWAY - (2) BINGO
Race 8 1. ELDORADO ROYAL - Lightly raced gelding with potential but is unreliable. Others preferred 2. EDISON DU PUY - Rewarded for recent improvement last time and should be competitive again. Include 3. ELIXIR DU RADON - Undeniably capable but not at his most productive of late. Not easy to back 4. ERBAJO - Has been a revelation since returning from a break. Will feature prominently 5. ELEAZAR DU VAL - Found form and consistency of late. Races unshod from the front row so has claims 6. EPISTOLAIRE - Has been acquitting himself respectably since going unshod behind. Place chance 7. ELTON DE CHANLECY - Appeared to have turned the corner before disappointing last two starts. Must reaffirm 8. EVERTON DE VANDEL - Enjoyed a decent run of form earlier this season but has regressed recently 9. EDEN DU BOULAY - Has won three of four starts when unshod, including last two. More to do in hat-trick bid 10. EKINOX DU SOLNAN - Somewhat erratic but does tend to catch the eye so is hard to trust and rule out 11. ECRIN DE BERTRANGE - Well tried this year without success and has nothing for than a minor role to play 12. EVOREV - Nothing noteworthy to her name for a considerable period and can be ruled out 13. EXTREMO SPINE - Has put up some decent efforts this year but has lost his way since July 14. ERWIN DE TOUCHYVON - Scored a brace earlier this season but has been less productive recently and must reaffirm 15. ELORN - Won under these conditions recently but prefers sterner test test of stamina 16. EASY LOVING - Tends to go well when not disqualified and is not one to be underrated
Late-developer (4) ERBAJO has been a revelation since resuming in August. He is confirmed under these conditions and ideally positioned on the front row to keep that run of form going. Unshod (2) EDISON DU PUY, who represents Yannick-Alain Briand, and consistent (5) ELEAZAR DU VAL will pose a threat on current form. (4) ERBAJO - (2) EDISON DU PUY - (5) ELEAZAR DU VAL - (14) ERWIN DE TOUCHYVON - (1) ELDORADO ROYAL
