1 Ressort Motorsport Hansastraße München Entry form ADAC Rally Cup 2019 Within the framework of the ADAC Rallye Masters and the German Rally Championship, the ADAC e.v. invites tenders for the ADAC Rally Cup Requirements for participation in the ADAC Rally Cup 2019: 1. entry according to the entry form 2. payment of the entry fee 3. possession of an Opel Adam in the Cup version from 2013 to 2018 For participants who register by Friday, , the entry fee is 3,900 plus VAT. For entries received later, the entry fee is 4,900 plus VAT. 2 As soon as the ADAC has received the entry fee, the invoice will be sent to the participant. Please provide the exact billing address. In principle, the number of ADAC Rallye Cup participants is limited to 38 drivers/vehicles. The participants undertake to participate in all official ADAC Rallye Cup 2019 classification races, except in cases of force majeure. An application for exemption at an event must be submitted to the series coordinator at least three days before the start of the respective competition run. The series coordinator will then decide whether to grant the request for exemption. If this procedure is disregarded and a non-participation in a competition race not approved by the series coordinator takes place, the respective driver and/or co-driver can be punished. If a participant registers and still does not start at all races of the series, the right to a refund of the entry fee expires. The participation of the 1st driver is decisive, the 2nd driver (co-driver) may be changed. If a Cup run has to be cancelled due to force majeure, the participant will not be refunded any amounts or partial amounts of the entry fee.
