1 1 Invitation Terracina (LT), March 10 th 2013 Dear President,Master,Instructor We are proud to inform you that the Taekwon-do Center asd M.Caiazzo (Master Carmine Caiazzo) in collaboration with ASI (Italian Sport Alleance.Promotional Sport corporate body recognzed by National IOC ) is organizing the: Sunday 14th April, 2013 The tournament includes Pattern and Sparring Competion and is open to Individuals (Children, Debutantes, Juniors, Seniors - Male and Female) and to Teams (only Juniores and Seniores - Male and Female from blue belt to black belt). F.I.tae. I.T.F. rules will be applied. Tournament is opened to kick boxing fighter too but it will be applied F.I.tae. I.T.F. rules. A nice holiday for competitors, officials and family members is guaranteed. Many low budget flights from alla over Europe fly to Rome Ciampino, Rome Fiumicino or Naples Airport. 2 2 COMPETITORS ENTRANCE FEE Enrollment cost in INDIVIDUALS is 30,00 for each competitor. TEAM s enrollment cost for PATTERN is 20,00 and for SPARRING is 15,00. Shall be paid in the gym Sunday during competitors check-in (Palasport sport hall Palacarucci V.le Europa-Terracina-LT-). 3 3 CATEGORIES AND DIVISIONS Look as follow. If there is only one(or two) competitors, he/she will compete in a lower or higher category or division. For all children category every attack of hand to the face is not allowed (6-11 years old). UMPIRES F.I.TAE / I.T.F. rules will be applied ; any change will be communicated during the umpires meeting.they shall wear in official way. The Championship Organization declines every responsability on eventual damage to things or persons also coming from lack of the necessary medical controls of competitors. Up to the date 24th of March 2013 the organization is able for to resolve the visas problems HOTEL ACCOMODATION Accomodation at HOTEL RIVER PALACE 3 star hotel, offer 95 comfortable rooms and equipped with pica facilities, telephone, TV, air conditioning, balcony. The restaurant, open for lunch and dinner is the place to taste the local specialities in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The hotel also disposes of meeting rooms and spacious areas which make it ideal for meetings and congresses. At client's disposal: outdoor swimming pool, parking lot, garden, fitness room, Wi Fi, bicycle rent and shuttle bus to the city Centre. 8 8 Pattern - TEAM competition Team Pattern competition is only for Males, Females, Juniores and Seniores. There will be only one mixed Division: team can be composed of only males, only females or mixed and it s reserved for Juniores and Seniors from 4 kup to black belt. Teams may consist of 5 competitors + 1 reserve (optional). Preliminaries and finals: one optional pattern according to lowest degree of the team s component.
