From fild obsrvations and hand probings, th backfi nar th bottom of th pip appard to b soft to mdium consistncy aftr bing compactd with a "pogo stick" hand tampr adjacnt to th pip and a ''jumping jack" mchanical hand tampr in th unrstrictd ara.
