19 3. INSTALLATION Installing th V-blt r A Approx. 1mm B Approx. 9-10mm 10N 1. Gntly tilt back th machin had, and thn plac th V-blt into th V groovs on th machin had pully and th motor pully. NOTE: Aftr tilting back th machin had, do not push th fac plat sid or th pully sid from abov. 2. Gntly rturn th machin had to its original position. * B carful not to clamp th cords at this tim. 3. Provisionally install th accssory tnsion pully assmbly r ith th accssory flat ashr, spring ashr and bolt. 4. Adjust th blt tnsion by moving th tnsion pully assmbly to th right and lft so that thr is mm of dflction in th V-blt hn it is gntly pushd in th middl ith a forc of approximatly 10 N. Aftr adjusting, tightn th bolt A to scur th lft pully assmbly. 5. Mov th right tnsion pully so that thr is a gap of about 1 mm btn it and th V-blt, and thn tightn th bolt B to scur th right pully assmbly. NOTE: Us brothr spcifid V-blt (blt, VM). Th V-blt may strtch slightly hn it is first usd, so adjust th blt tnsion aftr about 3,000 cycls of us. Whn abov blt tnsion is k, this ill b caus of folloing problms; Nois & vibration bcom larg. Attach th rubbr plug u to th blt covr Installing th foot sitch [A] y u i r!1!0 o!2 t!3!6!4!5 [B]!7!8!9 1. Insrt th connctor of th foot sitch into th connctor of th control box. 2. Install th foot sitch to th ork tabl lg!2 ith foot sitch support plat A r, foot sitch support plat C t, th bolt y, spring ashr u, flat ashr i, bolt o, spring ashr!0 and flat ashr!1 as shon in Figur A. If foot sitch support plat B!3 is usd in a back-to-front position, it can b usd as shon in Figur. B. 1. Rmov th scr!4 and rubbr plug!5. * Not that th spring!6 ill com out hn th scr!4 is rmovd. 2. Turn foot sitch support plat B!3 back to front, and thn install it ith th bolt!7, spring ashr!8 and flat ashr!9 as shon in Figur. B. NOTE: If using th foot sitch ithout installing it to th ork tabl lg, mov th foot sitch at last 10 mm aay from th lg.
