3 GATE POLICIES Approved Carry-in Items Fans may enter Auto Club Speedway with the following items: Fans may now carry in lightweight backpacks or daypacks similar to those used by school students, not to exceed 17. One soft-sided bag/cooler, no larger than 6x6x12 inches. One clear plastic bag, no larger than 18x18x4 inches. Plastic bottles - seal must be unbroken. Binoculars, scanners, headsets, cameras and seat cushions carried separately. Strollers will be permitted into the O Reilly Auto Parts FanZone, but will not be allowed into the grandstand seating areas, elevators or concourse (underneath the grandstands). ACS will not assume any responsibility for strollers left unattended. Flags, provided they are not attached to poles and do not obstruct views of other fans. Unauthorized Carry-in Items The following items may not enter the admission gates or be left in or around the gate area: Firearms, weapons of any kind, fireworks, alcohol and items restricted by Local, State or Federal laws. Hard-sided coolers, thermoses, freezer/ice packets and insulated cups of any size. Umbrellas, wagons, inline skates, skateboards, bicycles, scooters (motorized and/or manual), etc. Glass containers. Pets (excluding properly identified ADA escorts). Items left in or around the admission gates will be removed and discarded. Non-Smoking Policy In accordance with San Bernardino County Ordinance , smoking is prohibited in any spectator seating area, including outdoor athletic recreation bleachers or similar areas used for the viewing of sports and athletic competition. Auto Club Speedway offers clearly marked smoking areas away from the seating areas. No Smoking enforcement teams will patrol designated non-smoking areas and violators may be cited. 4 GATE & PARKING UPDATES - NEW We have made some very important changes to the facility to help get you in to maximize your fun day. GATE UPDATES New for 2014 We ve added another Will Call and ticket location. No matter which side of the track you enter, you will have a will call location that is easily accessible. Plus, we ve renamed the gates to make it easier to identify. Gate A is on the Turn 1 side and Gate D is on the Turn 4 side for all your ticketing needs. PARKING Now, the parking lots are colored and numbered by each parking lot gate you enter. Have an Orange Lot 3 pass? All you have to do is enter into Orange Gate 3 off of Cherry Avenue. See the map for reference. NEW TRAM ROUTES No matter where you are, there is a tram stop to get where you want to go. For example, if you are parked in the Blue Lot 5 and you want to enter into Gate D by the infield tunnel, just go to the Green tram stop and take the green tram to Gate D. Please see each tram icon on the map for tram stop locations. DISABLED PARKING A DMV-approved disabled parking pass is required for parking in specially marked spaces. Accessible parking spaces are available in the VIP lots as well as Lot 1 & 6; Proof of DMV registration for permit is required. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. ACCESSIBLE TRANSPORTATION Throughout NASCAR race weekends, wheelchair-accessible trams run from outside of Turn 1 at Gate A around the backstretch and continue to the outside of Turn 4 near the infield tunnel at Gate D. Guest Services Ambassadors with golf carts are available at tram stops to provide transportation to guests with disabilities and one (1) companion/attendant. 7 YOU GET HERE 1 Pick up your O Reilly Auto Parts FanZone map Once you enter the gates, pick up your O Reilly Auto Parts FanZone map for where to go and what to do. The O Reilly Auto Parts FanZone is where to find a full day of excitement and entertainment that includes live musical entertainment, stunt shows, interactive displays, souvenir shopping and great food and fun for the whole family. The O Reilly Auto Parts FanZone Map will help you navigate your way around the O Reilly Auto Parts FanZone, and will have the most updated entertainment and race day schedule. 2 FUN for Kids - Lefty s Fun Zone has lots of kid- friendly activities like Zumba classes, a Pinewood Derby, kid inspired food at Woodie s and fun stops along the way for all to enjoy! As you make your way to Lefty s Fun Zone, be sure to visit Lefty s Pit Stops located throughout the O Reilly Auto Parts FanZone. Kids 12 & under can sign up for a free Lefty s Kids Club membership at Lefty s Garage and find out about Lefty s Scavenger Hunt and story time with a NASCAR driver! Lefty s got cool stuff and it s all just for kids! 3 Head Down to Pit Road - With your Pre-Race Pit Pass, you ll want to get onto Pit Road early. Your Pre-Race Pit Pass will get you behind the scenes for all the pre-race activity including access to Pit Road. And on Sunday, you can sign the start/finish line, take your picture in Gatorade Victory Lane, and line the red carpet to watch your favorite drivers as they take the stage for Driver Introductions. Security will begin clearing the pit area on Sunday approximately 1 hour 15 minutes prior to the race. On Sunday you may access pit road by any one of the crossover gates in

8 addition to the tunnel see map for locations. 4 Live Performances on Stage - Past performers have included Legendary rock bands STYX, Foreigner and RATT, Good Charlotte and ZZ Top to name a few. The band will perform the live pre-race concert on the O Reilly Auto Parts FanZone main stage at approximately 10:15 a.m. 5 Hungry? - We have a wide assortment of food for all! Stop by Woodie s located at Lefty s Fun Zone for your kids fave foods, amazing tacos at King Taco and famous dogs from Pink s. Plus, find out what select NASCAR drivers have created for your culinary enjoyment at the Driver s Cuisine Cantina. And up in the concourse by Turn 1 we have our new chicken stand with made to order chicken tenders in the sauce of your choice and fries! 6 RENT Your Racing Scanner - How can you get the inside track on your favorite driver? A racing scanner of course! Scanners include a radio and headphones and allow you to hear the two-way communications between the driver, crew chief, spotter, and occasionally between two drivers. It s like no other experience in sports! 7 DOWNLOAD THE AUTO CLUB SPEEDWAY APP The ACS app is available for all Android and iphone users. The app makes it easy to find all the cool stuff going on during event weekend. With the app s GPS capabilities you can search for where to find a hot dog or the newest food offerings, track down your favorite driver merchandise, driver appearances, stunt shows the list is endless!

12 Traffic INFORMATION Traffic Updates Tune in to KFROG 95.1 FM on your way to the track on Sunday for real-time traffic updates and tips for easy entrance into the facility; follow us on Twitter ( to receive updates and watch for signs and electronic boards with parking instructions. Parking All parking at Auto Club Speedway is FREE. However, every vehicle entering the property on Sunday of race weekend must have a color-coded parking pass that corresponds with a designated access gate. Refer to the back of your parking pass for a map and directions. Remember to display your parking pass in your front window. This will enable you to enter the facility in a timely manner. 14 IMPORTANT INFORMATION On-site text messaging Need help in the Grandstands, the O Reilly Auto Parts FanZone or anywhere else at the track on race weekend? Auto Club Speedway has instituted an Onsite Text Messaging program which will allow you to communicate directly with our guest services department. Text ACSFAN <space>, your issue and location to Standard SMS rates apply. Emergency message In the event of an emergency, guests may be contacted by other parties through an emergency message system. This service is available by calling from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or the Guest Services hotline at from the time the gates open until 2 hours post checkered flag. Paging services are not available. POSTPONement policy In the event of postponement of the race, the ticket will be honored on the date the race is held. Pre-Race Pit Pass Policy You must have a Pre-Race Pit Pass to enter Pit Road.
