Pit Vehicles: Motorized pit support vehicles must have adequate lighting, be operated by a licensed driver 18 years or more in age, must not be operated under the influence of alcohol or carrying alcoholic beverages on board. Each vehicle must carry no more than the number of passengers for which the manufacturer designed seating to accommodate. Drivers must yield right of way to pedestrians. Motorized support vehicles must be used for business purposes only. Motorscooters and bicycles are permitted in Paddocks only. 10 MPH speed limit in Paddock and pit areas. 5. Observe quiet hours 11:00 pm - 8:00 am, please turn off all music and generators. Pets permitted but must be on a leash. Unlicensed vehicles prohibited outside of the paddock. Camping prohibited in the paddock. Speed limit is 15 kph in camping areas, stay on established roads and OFF the sand hills. 17.
