Ramous Senior Vice President, Regional Manager Harsch Investment Properties John Ramous is the Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Harsch Investment Properties, a 65 plus year diversified, privately owned commercial real estate investment company with over 24 million square feet of holdings in the Western United States. John oversees its Southern Nevada portfolio of over 9 million square feet of commercial business parks, a staff of 50 employees and serves over 1,300 tenants throughout the community. John has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, 15 with Harsch, and is a Trustee and past President for the Henderson Development Association. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and sits on the UNLV Lee Business School Executive Advisory Board. He s a former long standing NAIOP local and national Board member who chaired it s Government Affairs/Advocacy committee from 2009 to He has served on numerous local, municipal and state committees including; North Las Vegas Economic Advisory Committee, Henderson s Ad Hoc Budget Committee and Congressman Heck s Economic Development Committee. John is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and resides in Las Vegas with his wife and three children.
