3 PARTICIPANTS: Athletes officially selected by the WTFSKF- National Federation Members of each country according to the following requirements: 1. Each country shall be represented by one official team. 2. Each athlete must be a citizen of the represented country. 3. Each athlete must know, thoroughly understand and be able to compete under the WTFSKF-Competition Rules. 4. Each athlete must be free of any psychical or mental handicap so as not to cause difficulties in the competition under the WTFSKF Rules. 5. All competitors must have International insurance stipulated by their National Federation. 6. All competitors must have Medical Release. All National Federation participants must be WTFSKF Member for Participation in the is conditioned by the payment of all membership fees to WTFSKF (affiliation for the new members, annual membership fee for 2012). All athletes who want to enter the EUROPEAN CUP FUDOKAN Dr. ILIJA JORGA for CHILDREN competitions MUST have a Fudokan BUDOPASS with the Annual Visa 2012 All athletes for all kumite categories must have the proper protector according to the official WTFSKF Competition Rules. 9 BOARD AND ACCOMMODATION In case you decide to make your own accommodation arrangement the service fee of EU 30 per person will be charged. Voucher (Obligatory) 15 Euro each person. 3 levels of hotels and prices. Daily Cost: level EU outside the Olympic Preparation Center level EU outside the Olympic Preparation Center level EU inside the Olympic Preparation Center (only 250 places). Every hotel level includes: 1 night, 3 meals per day. The hotels of the level 1. & 2. are situated outside the Olympic Preparation Center about 20 minutes walk. If you need transportation from the hotel to the sports hall and back we will arrange it for every team separately. This transportation will be paid separately by the team. Anybody who would like to stay in the hotel situated inside the Olympic Preparation Center premises (Level 3.), must pay for the entire stay, i.e. four (4) nights at the hotel (the price includes board and accommodation) from Thursday until Monday. It is an inseparable package and there is no possibility to book just one or two nights there. Completed "Medical Release" form for each competitor. B. Entry fee payment at the Championship Office by May 24, by cash. If you are late with sending your hotel reservation, the prices will rise and you will also pay a 30 Euro voucher for each person instead of 15 Euro of the regular price.
