1 To: EUROPEAN FEDERATIONS PARTICIPATING CLUBS IN THE FEMALE LEAGUE CUP C/C: From: CERS PRESIDENT CERS-RH PRESIDENT Date: 2018, March 02 Subject: FEMALE LEAGUE CUP ALLOCATION OF THE 2018 FINAL FOUR ORGANIZATION Dear Sirs: According to the information and the deadline established by our Communication FG-004/2018, CERS-RH received the following two proposals for the organization of the Female League Cup Final 4, to be held on 2018, March 17 and 18: (1) A proposal from SPORT LISBOA E BENFICA, presented by FPP-Federação de Patinagem de Portugal; (2) A proposal from CLUB PATÍ VOLTREGÀ Then, and taking into consideration the regulations in force as informed in the paragraphs 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Communication FG-004/2015, dated from 2015, February 11 - CERS-RH has decided to award the Portuguese Federation and the club S.L. COLATERAL ACTIVITIES 3.1 PRESS CONFERENCES During the afternoon of Friday, 2018, March 16, it is scheduled the following two press conferences, to be held in the Auditorium of MUSEU COSME DAMIÃO, in Lisbon, side by side with the premises of the event. 17H00 Official opening of the 2018 Final 4 of the Female Cup League with: a) Dr. Domingos Almeida Lima (SL Benfica Vice-President) b) Sr. Fernando Claro (CERS President and FPP President) c) Dr. Fernando Graça (CERS-RH President) 17H30 Press Conference with the Coaches of all the 4 participating teams 3.2 TRAINING SESSIONS FOR ADAPTATION TO THE RINK On the late afternoon of Friday, 2018, March 16, will take place the training sessions for adaptation to the rink by the following participating teams (to be confirmed with each club): 18:30 H CP VOLTREGÀ 19:00 H CP GIJÓN 19:30 H STUART MASSAMÁ 3.3 SL BENFICA WELCOME DINNER On Friday, 2018, March 16, at 20H00, it is also scheduled a welcome dinner offered by SL BENFICA to the European sporting authorities (FPP, CERS and CERS-RH) and to all the participating clubs (2 Delegates by team). 3.4 CERS-RH MEETING WITH THE TEAM DELEGATES AND THE DESIGNATED REFEREES During the morning of Saturday, 2018, March 17, at 10H30, CERS-RH will handle a meeting with all the team Delegates, with the presence of the designated Referees. The team Delegates must bring the CERS-RH licences of all their team representatives (players, delegates and technical staff). 4. TELEVISION COVERAGE OF THE EVENT All the matches of this event will be broadcasted live through the following channels: BENFICA TV CERS-RH TV ( streaming with access through the CERS-RH web site) 5. DESIGNATED REFEREES FOR THIS EVENT For the matches to be played in this event, the designated the following European International Referees: PASCAL HANRAS + STÉPHANE RIZZOTTI, from France; JOSEPH SILLECCHIA + CLAUDIO FERRARO + MASSIMILIANO CARMAZZI + FILIPPO FRONTE, from Italy 6. TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR THE PUBLIC AND EACH ONE OF THE PARTICIPATING CLUBS As established by the regulation in force, it is necessary to ensure the "neutrality" of the proposed venue for this competition. Besides that, it is also important to take into account the safety standards to be observed during this even, which were already approved by CERS-RH - in accordance with the proposal presented by SL Benfica - as it is established in the Annex of this Communication. CERS-RH has also decided to establish the following principles and criteria, either for the sale and distribution of tickets by the participating teams or for the space area to be allocated to the supporters of those same teams. 3 It is important to notice that the tickets will be made and sold separately for each one of the matches concerned and the criteria and procedures defined in the following point must be assured. 5.1 For each match, the organization must guarantee that at least 20% of the tickets issued must be available for sale to the public. 5.2 Each club will be entitled to request of 40% of the tickets issued for any match in which it participates (*), taking into consideration: Ticket requests for the Semi-Finals matches must be presented to the organization until 18H00 of Friday, March 9, 2018, whose payment must be insured until 10H00 of Saturday, 2018, March Ticket requests for the Final match must be paid to the organization until 10H00 of Sunday, 2018, March 18. (*) Note: SL Benfica will offer to each participating team 20 invitations for each match of this competition. 7.
