5 Flyspot Katowice Indoor Skydiving windtunnel is located in a very convinient place in Katowice capital of Silesian Voivodeship. There is the biggest polish amusement park and huge shopping mall next to the tunnel. Katowice s historical city center is 15 minute walk away. Flyspot Wind Tunnel is state of the art, world s best wind tunnel based the newest evolution of Indoor Skydiving Germany technology which is currently accepted as the most advanced and offers the best free fall simulation globally. 11 Flyspot is a one fan powered, 14ft wide, 17 meters high windtunnel. Glass part of the tunnel is 4,5 meters high. The tunnel is capable to speed up the air up to 340 km/h which makes it the most powerfull and fastest in the world and with ample space for judging, briefing, socialize and audience is a perfect solution for 4th WCIS Pre event training jumps/performances dates, aircraft, costs, etc. It is important to note that bidder has two tunnels (one in Warsaw and one in Katowice) based on the same technology and offer the same conditions which could be used by participants for training It doubles the capacity of training time available for participants. 14 2.18 Outline of media plan, media contacts, publicity arrangements and appointment of a Media Officer, work plan with IPC Media Liaison Officer. New Flyspot is located in the city center of Katowice capital of Silesian Voivodeship which has many local, state and national media outlets. Flyspot has also its own experience in sport PR and Media Agency and has very good current relationships with nationwide tv and radio stations which already declare to cooperate in the creating media coverage for the event. Flyspot will organize a trainings and events in the wind tunnel for the jurnalist to teach them about the rules of the competition and how to write, talk about and show the competition to the laymans on a highest and interesting level. Flyspot will send press and video releases and official media invitations to its media contacts on monthly basis for the six months proceding the event. Two months prior to the event Flyspot Warsaw Indoor Skydiving will increase the amount of press, video and photo releases send out to its media contact. Flyspot Marketing and PR team is very experienced in ongoing cooperation with the biggest national media broadcasters, which allow us to increase event media coverage at the very low price Flyspot will make available interviews, photos and video footage to the media contacts and privide a media oficer who will work with and give the full cooperation to IPC Media Liason Officer 2.19 Accommodation details for FAI/IPC officials. (at the site, emergency contacts) The medical/emergency cover provided by the organizer Flyspot Katowice Indoor Skydiving will have full time first aid and CPR trained person onsite for the duration of the Event. Full ambulance and medical services are available through 112 emergency services. Typical response time is just 10 minutes.
