It is the only non-governmental and non-sectoral international organisation dealing with fiscal matters. IFA Korea has hosted a variety of seminars and forums, as well as international conferences with distinguished scholars and professionals in the field of international taxation around the world. IFA Korea has a self-claimed mission to serve as the hub of international taxation communities networking government officials, professionals and scholars in Korea. GALA DINNER GOLD The Gala Dinner will be held on Thursday night of Congress Week at Yeong Bin Gwan at the Shilla Seoul. Built in the style of a hanok (traditional Korean house), the two-story facility was originally designed to accommodate foreign VIPs and now is used to augment the dining experiences available in the Shilla Hotel. The Gala is a reserved table event and a truly wonderful evening to spend with colleagues and enjoy an outstanding dining experience. CULTURAL EVENING SILVER The cultural evening will be held at the National Museum of Korea, the flagship museum of history and art in South Korea. The Museum attracts over 3 million visitors annually and is the third most visited museum in Asia. Our delegates will have exclusive use of the Museum for the evening event. SPONSOR SYMPOSIUM SESSION SILVER 6 Available Of special interest are the Corporate Symposium Sessions that can be scheduled each day of the Congress. Sponsors can choose either Breakfast Symposium Sessions that will start at 7:30 am or Afternoon Symposium Sessions that will start at 4:30 pm immediately following the scientific program each day. Sponsors will be able to create their own content for these Symposium Sessions, as long as there is no conflict with a session topic on the Congress Agenda. The Sponsor will be recognized on our on-site signage and Congress App. Sponsorship does not include the opportunity to introduce the Session. LIGHT LUNCH BRONZE 4 Available Each day a light, informal lunch will be served in the Exhibit area. Recognition for the sponsor at each lunch will be through signage at the food & beverage serving stations. Each light lunch is 75 minutes in duration. PRESIDENT'S RECEPTION BRONZE The Reception hosted by the President of IFA will be held at the Congress venue on Wednesday afternoon, at the end of the General Council / General Assembly. All participants are invited to this event which includes the Presidents of all IFA Branches. This is an opportunity for delegates to network with these officials and discuss items of particular importance to their Branches. ACADEMIC LUNCHEON BRONZE Each year at the Congress the academic delegates gather at a specifically designated luncheon. A particular topic and speaker is chosen for this session. Sponsors can choose either Breakfast Symposium Sessions that will start at 7:30 am or Afternoon Symposium Sessions that will start at 4:30 pm immediately following the scientific program each day. Sponsors will be able to create their own content for these Symposium Sessions, as long as there is no conflict with a session topic on the Congress Agenda. The content and speaker is therefore subject to the approval of Central IFA. Only Sponsors will have the right to reserve one of the sessions on a space available basis. Session organizers will be given access to the advance delegate registration list 90 days and 30 days before the Congress to invite delegates to their Session. They will also be able to invite delegates on site during the Congress in advance of the Symposium Session. Each Session organizer will be responsible for the cost of food & beverage for their own Symposium Session and any audiovisual and other room set up requirements.
