19 SIGNATURE PRODUCTS GROUP Ordering terms SIGNATURE PRODUCTS GROUP TERMS AND CONDITIONS ORDERS: All orders are subject to acceptance by SIGNATURE PRODUCTS GROUP and such acceptance is conditional upon Dealer s acceptance of the terms and conditions in this Agreement. SIGNATURE PRODUCTS GROUP reserves the right to refuse orders from Dealer for any reason. PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be invoiced at the prices prevailing at the time of order. The amount reflected on any SIGNATURE PRODUCTS GROUP invoice will be deemed accepted and conclusively binding upon Dealer as stated unless Dealer notifies SIGNATURE PRODUCTS GROUP in writing within thirty (30) days after receipt of goods. RETURNED CHECKS: If at any time a check is returned we will immediately change the account to COD-Certified check, or cash only. There will also be a $25 charge for all returned checks. A returned check will also mean loss of all discounts on that invoice statement depending on the accounts credit status. If a returned check is not taken care of within 5 working days, SIGNATURE PRODUCTS GROUP will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. The dealer is also liable for all attorney and collection costs. RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION: All sales are considered final. All return requests must be prearranged with our sales/service department. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization (RA) number and an invoice number as proof of purchase. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All returns must be shipped back prepaid and insured. Dealers may be required to provide proof of delivery for returns at any time. SIGNATURE PRODUCTS GROUP will, at its discretion, replace or repair defective material or issue a credit allowance. Credit will be issued to the dealer account and is redeemable in merchandise only. No refunds will be made. All returns other than defective merchandise are subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge, including shipments, which have been refused by the dealer. Return Authorization (RA) is good for 30 days from the date of issue. No returns will be accepted on custom items or special orders. NOTE: The issuance of RA does not necessarily mean that a credit is forthcoming; it only means the SIGNATURE PRODUCTS GROUP will advise the dealer as to the disposition of the returned product. A request for an RA number will be subject to specific product warranty information included with the product. ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: SIGNATURE PRODUCTS GROUP warrants the product against defects in material and workmanship, for one year from date of purchase, to the original purchaser. SIGNATURE PRODUCTS GROUP will, at its option, either repair or replace product which proves to be defective. This warranty covers the costs of the defective part only. Any and all cost for removal, re-installation, shipping, or other incidental charges are not covered by this warranty.
