1 WIN 1 of 2 VIP WOW Experiences, Terms & Conditions Schedule Promotion: WIN 1 of 2 VIP WOW Experiences This Schedule is part of and must be read together with the Terms and Conditions for the Promotion, located below the Schedule. Promoter: Caffe L affare Ltd, 43 King Street, Mt Cook, Wellington IRD no Ph.: Promotional Period Eligible entrants: Start Date: at 12:01 AM NZST End Date: at Midnight NZST Entry into the promotion is only open to New Zealand residents residing in New Zealand, aged 18 years and over (Eligible Entrants) excluding: a) management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter and its related entities, World of WearableArt (WOW ), the Participating Outlets and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prizes); b) a relative of a person referred to in paragraph (a) of this section; includes, but is not limited to, a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling c) persons who have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win a promotion previously run by or on behalf of the Promoter (except in the case of a legal change of name); and d) persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion previously run by or on behalf of the Promoter. How to enter: To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete all of the following steps during the Promotional Period: 1. Purchase one 200g bag of L affare branded coffee displaying the promotional sticker (qualifying purchase), from a Participating Outlet. Participating Products are the following L affare products in 200g packets that feature the promotional sticker: a) Primo b) Gusto c) Brava d) Organic e) Colombia f) City g) Brazil h) Decaf Number of entries permitted Total Prize Pool: 2. Go online at and complete all of the following steps: a) Enter their unique code (located on the underside of the promotional sticker affixed to Participating Products). Each code can be used only once. Unrecognized codes will be deemed invalid; b) Complete and submit the online entry form with the following details; full name, address, postal address and telephone number. The entrant may enter the Promotion multiple times. Each eligible purchase and unique code is valid for one competition entry. Varies dependent on location the winner is travelling from, but is valued at up to $2,300. Prize value may be less, depending on the winner s location; no portion of the prize will be awarded as cash.

2 Prize Description Number of this Prize Value (per prize) WIN 1 of 2 VIP WOW Experiences 2 Up to $2,300 Winning Method Draw Date: 3/10/2018 Conditions Major Prizes are not exchangeable, redeemable for cash, nor transferable, except that the winner may nominate a friend or relative to go on the trip with them. Should a winner be under the age of 18, then their travel companion or proxy must be a parent or guardian. The winners of the Major Prizes will be selected randomly. The first two eligible entrant with a valid Eligible Entry drawn in the Major Prize Draw will win a WOW VIP Experience (Major Prize). 1. Each Major Prize comprises of: a) Two (2) return domestic flights for two to Wellington from any domestic airport within New Zealand (as required). If the winner s nearest airport is in Wellington, then the prize will not include flights and flights will be forfeited; b) VIP transfers from Wellington Airport to the InterContinental Wellington for two (2) (if required). If the winner s place of residence is Wellington and the winner does not require flights, then the prize will not include transfers and transfers will be forfeited; c) One nights accommodation twin share for two people at the InterContinental Wellington on Friday 12 October 2018; Draw Time and Location: An electronic prize draw will be conducted at L affare Roastery, 102 Adelaide Road, Wellington, New Zealand at 12:00pm NZST on [3/10/2018] from all Eligible Entries received during the Promotion period (Major Prize Draw), in the presence of a Justice of the Peace who is not employed or directly related to L affare or WOW. d) Two premium tickets to WOW 2018 on Friday 12 October at 8pm; e) A VIP experience, backstage tour and pre-show drinks f) Two WOW gift bags including a WOW Souvenir Programme; g) Breakfast at L affare, lunch and dinner at a restaurant of

Unless expressly stated, all other expenses incurred in respect to taking the Major Prize become the responsibility of the winner. Notification of prize winners: Each Major Prize winner will be notified by telephone and/or within two (2) business days of the Major Prize Draw as well as having their first initial, surname and their hometowns published on the L affare website at Once the winner has been contacted, World of WearableArt Ltd, reserves the right to publicly name the winner by their first name, first initial of their surname and their city/town, within appropriate channels, to communicate the prizes have been claimed and to act as a congratulatory message to the prize winners. Entry is via the Promoter s website: An Eligible Entrant will be granted one (1) entry into the prize draw for each Eligible Entry (in respect to each Qualifying Purchase) submitted online. 13. Eligible Entrants must complete their Eligible Entry during the Promotional Period by entering the following details on the website: a) The Unique Code shown on the underside of the promotional sticker; MAJOR PRIZE DRAW b) Their Full name; c) address; d) Postal address; and e) Telephone number 14. An electronic prize draw will be conducted at L affare Roastery, 102 Adelaide Road, Wellington, New Zealand at 12:00pm NZST on 3 September 2018 from all Eligible Entries received during the Promotion period (Major Prize Draw). 15. The winners of the Major Prize Draw will be selected randomly. 16. The first two Eligible Entrants with a valid Eligible Entry drawn in the Major Prize Draw will win a WOW VIP Experience (Major Prize). 17. Each Major Prize comprises of the items outlined in the Schedule. 18. Each Major Prize winner and their guest may extend the length of their trip at their own expense. They will be required to liaise with the Promoter when booking their travels. The Promoter is in no way responsible for any additional costs incurred, including flight changes. 19. Each Major Prize winner will be notified by telephone and/or within two (2) business days of the Major Prize Draw. The Major Prize winner s first initial, surname and town that they live in will be published on the L affare website at All incidental costs or penalties associated or arising in connection with the Major Prize, that are not expressly stated as included, are the responsibility of the Major Prize winners. 21. The Major Prize is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the prize supplier/s. 22. The Major Prize winners and their guest must be able to make their own way to and from the departing domestic airport and/or location specified (if required). Flights include all airfare taxes. Flights, activities and accommodation are subject to booking and availability. Flights will be booked from the airport on the Air New Zealand network that is nearest to the winner s place of origin. 23. The Major Prize must be taken on dates specified by the Promoter (WOW Performance dates), being Friday 12 October 2018, at 8pm. All travel plans for the winner and their guest must be made at one (1) time through the promoter. Once flights have been booked for both the guest and winner, he/she may not be substituted. The winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. 24. Each Major Prize winner must ensure that they (and their guest) have obtained any necessary medical clearances required and are sufficiently healthy and fit to safely participate in the activities awarded as part of the Major Prize. 25. Valid identification, additional spending money, meals (other than those included in the Major Prize) and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the Major Prize descriptions above, are the responsibility of the Major Prize winners and his/her nominated travelling guest, as incurred.

9 26. Each Major Prize Winner must hold a valid credit card and present it at the InterContinental Wellington to cover any incidental charges they incur during their stay. 27. Terms are subject to change at the Promoter s absolute discretion, including, but not limited to unforeseen events outside the control of the Promoter, natural disasters or other acts of God. The Promoter may make these changes at any time prior to the commencement of the Major Prize, subject to any applicable laws of New Zealand. 28. The Major Prize winners are solely responsible for any costs of re-booking, amending, extending or cancelling travel and/or accommodation in relation to the Major Prize. 29. All components of the Major Prize must be taken together in a single trip and cannot be redeemed separately. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the Major Prize. 30. Any components of the Major Prize not taken or used by the winners or their nominated travel guests is forfeited, and the Promoter is not obliged to provide the winners or their nominated travel guests with the cash equivalent of or any substitute for any Major Prize component in those circumstances. 31. Acceptance and participation in the Major Prize is subject to each winner and their nominated travel guest agreeing not to act in a manner which may, in the Promoter's opinion, bring the Promoter or its related entities into disrepute during the course of their participation in the Major Prize. 32. If the Prize is won and the Eligible Entrant does not claim their prize by 11:00am NZST on 6 September 2018, a random re-draw will be conducted on that date at 12:00pm NZST at the Promoter s offices by one of its representatives from all remaining Eligible Entries received in the Promotion (Re-Draw). 33. The Re-Draw Prize winner, if any, will be notified by telephone and and is subject to these terms. VERIFICATION 34. If requested by the Promoter, the Major Prize winners must produce, within the time period requested by the Promoter, at its absolute discretion: a) proof of their status as an Eligible Entrant; b) proof of Qualifying Purchase during the Purchase Period in a form acceptable to the Promoter. The Promoter will accept the original purchase receipt for the Qualifying Purchase as adequate proof of Qualifying Purchase and individuals must retain their purchase receipt(s) for each entry. 35. Failure to produce proof of Eligible Entrant status or a Qualifying Purchase will result in the Major Prize winner forfeiting their eligibility to claim the Major Prize. 36. Any dispute about the redemption of the Major Prize is at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. GENERAL 37. Unique Codes are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. There will be a total of 160,000 Unique Codes printed for this promotion. 38. Each Qualifying Purchase counts towards one (1) entry only. 39. Multiple entries per person are permitted, however each entry must constitute a separate Qualifying Purchase; must utilise a separate Unique Code and must be submitted individually in line with these Terms. 40. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 41. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Major Prize or in the event that the Major Prize is not available for reasons outside of the control of the Promoter. 42. If the Promoter is unable to provide the winner with the advertised Major Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value to the advertised Major Prize. 43. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. The Promoter does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available, or the Participating Outlets will be open, at all times during the Promotional Period. 44. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any action that may be available to it, subject to applicable laws of New Zealand including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion. 45. Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism or any draw in any way, engages in any unlawful or improper conduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair or proper conduct of the Promotion, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win the Major Prize. 46. Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or incorrect entries are not eligible to win the Major Prize. 47. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms. The Promoter's decisions in relation to all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into. 48. The Promoter collects personal information about Eligible Entrant to include entrants in the Promotion and, where appropriate, award the Major Prize. If the personal information requested is not provided, the Eligible Entrant cannot participate in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, each Eligible Entrant consents to the Promoter using, and disclosing their personal

The Eligible Entrant agrees to provide consent for the Promoter to use their personal information, as outlined in the clause above, until such a time as they withdraw their consent by giving notice to the Promoter.
