1 OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES - LANGE «WHAT S YOUR GOAL?» CLAUSE 1: PRESENTATION SKIS ROSSIGNOL SAS, located at 98 rue Louis Barran, St Jean de Moirans, France (hereinafter "ROSSIGNOL"), is organizing a contest «WHAT S YOUR GOAL?» from 1 er november 2018 to 28 february The contest consists of a drawing among participants who have registered according to these rules. The contest is accessible via this link : No purchase is required to enter the contest, which is open to all adult participants, except employees of Rossignol Group companies. The contest is governed by French law. CLAUSE 2: DURATION The contest will be open to participants from 1 er november 2018 to 28 february 2019 french time. 2 - Freetouring Place of the project* : Explain the project* : *Mandatory information I accept the rules I accept to receive the newsletter of Lange I accept that Lange use my photos on communication support related to the contest 3) Click on «Submit your project» ; 4) Post a first photo or video presenting your project on Facebook or Instagram with #beonewithyourgoal ; 5) Post regularly, and until 28 February 2018, photos and/or videos of her trainings to reach her goal on social networks (Facebook and Instagram) with #beonewithyourgoal ; 6) Make visible on her posts the goodies (T-shirt, hat, cap, stickers) sent by ROSSIGNOL to the participant. Each participant must obligatorily mention in the form of account creation his full details: surname, first name, address. Any incorrect, illegible or incomplete address and / or the non-acceptation of the terms and conditions of the contest rule will automatically cause the participant to opt out, the SKIS ROSSIGNOL Company reserving any control for this purpose. SKIS ROSSIGNOL is not responsible for corrupt, non-working or non-communicable files. CLAUSE 4 : JURY VOTE A jury of 3 women ski specialists will vote to elect two winners based on the following criteria: - Relevance of the projet ; - Number and regularity of the posts on Facebook and/or Instagram during the contest ; - Number of interactions caused by the posts («likes», sharing, comments). The winners selected by the jury will receive prices listed in clause 8. Jury deliberation will take place on 15 March CLAUSE 5: TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST All participants must follow the instructions in Clause 3.1 to participate in the contest and may only enter once. An entry form that is incomplete, does not comply with these rules or contains illegible names and addresses will be considered invalid. Furthermore, participants address for service throughout the entire contest period shall be the address they previously declared. ROSSIGNOL reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel all or part of this contest if it appears that there has been fraud of any kind, especially electronic fraud, in the course of participation in the contest or the selection of winners. In such a case, ROSSIGNOL reserves the right to not award prizes to those responsible for such fraud and/or to take legal action before the competent courts against 2

3 anyone who has perpetrated the fraud. Nonetheless, ROSSIGNOL may not be held liable in any way towards contest participants because of any such fraud that may be committed. CLAUSE 6: PERSONALITY RIGHTS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS THIRD PARTY RIGHTS GUARANTEE Participation in this contest automatically implies that each participant accepts the rules laid down in this clause. The photo must: - be relevant with the project - be original; - show a sufficient visual quality for use (sharpness / lighting); - not be vulgar; - not be defamatory; - not be in contradiction with the laws in force; - not be contrary to good morals and/or public order; - not provoke racial hatred. If a photograph had not meet the conditions described above or is in one of the case above, SKIS ROSSIGNOL reserves the right to temporary or permanently block its participation in this contest. The participant expressly authorizes SKIS ROSSIGNOL to represent his/her photograph(s) on the site of the contest throughout the duration of the contest. In addition, the participant must be able to justify the request of SKIS ROSSIGNOL: - He/she is the owner of the source file of the photograph. If the participant is not able to provide the source file photograph, participation will be canceled; - He/she possesses all the written permissions from the third party who can be recognized on the photo (other people than the participant) transmitted. In this respect, it is recalled that the prior authorization of the legal representatives of a minor in a photo (parents or guardians) is required for participation in this contest. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure that prior written consent. The parental authorization has to be accompanied by relevant proof document. In the absence of these documents, the photo will be disqualified from the contest. Participants warrant that their photos are original and have been taken without inspiring or copying an existing work belonging to a third party. They agree to indemnify Skis Rossignol against any third party proceedings, and against any damage it may suffer as a result of a design which has been knowingly plagiarized from the work of a third party. CLAUSE 7: PUBLICATION OF RESULTS Rossignol will contact winners directly via at the valid address indicated at the time of registration. 3

4 Upon receiving this , the winner agrees to notify Rossignol of his or her acceptance of the prices and his or her mailing address, postal address, phone number, indication of the size of the products within 15 days. The winner's failure to reply will be considered refusal of the prize. CLAUSE 8 : PRIZES Each winner will win the following prizes : 1000 to help the winner to realize her project. A pack of her choice from the 1819 range : o Shoes Lange (value: between 200 and 650, recommended public prices) o Dynastar skis (value: between 300 and 899, recommended public prices) o Fixations Look (value: between 130 and 399, recommended public prices) o Kerma sticks (value: between 20 and 149, recommended public prices) The winner will be responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. ROSSIGNOL will not accept any exchange, transfer or cash award in lieu of prizes. In the event of unavailability, a prize of equivalent or higher value will be awarded. ROSSIGNOL reserves the right to make changes to the prizes awarded for this contest without the need to provide any justification for this, and no claims may be made against it as long as it offers winners another prize of equal or greater value. Winners may not ask for their prize to be exchanged or replaced or ask for any consideration in cash for any reason whatsoever. The value indicated for the prize(s) described above corresponds to the manufacturer's suggested retail price, all taxes included, currently in effect or estimated, on the date that these rules were written; it is provided for information purposes only, and may vary. ROSSIGNOL may not be held liable in the event that changes to the way the contest is run are made due to force majeure events or exceptional circumstances, even if ROSSIGNOL is obliged to halt, postpone, or simply cancel the contest. CLAUSE 9: AWARD OF PRIZES The price will be sent by post or any other transport company to the home address of the winner no later than ninety (90) days after the end of the contest. ROSSIGNOL can t be liable for the misdirection of the price by post or any other transport company. CLAUSE 10: ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTEST RULES The simple fact of participating in this contest implies the participant s complete acceptance of these rules. ROSSIGNOL reserves the right to cut short, prolong, modify or cancel the contest, if circumstances so require. ROSSIGNOL may not be held liable in such an event. The same shall apply in the event of fraud of any kind whatsoever, especially electronic tampering with the processes for entering the contest or determining the winners. More specifically, SKIS ROSSIGNOL will not be liable for any damage or loss whatsoever caused to entrants, their computer equipment and their stored data, as well as any consequences affecting their personal or professional activity. In addition, SKIS ROSSIGNOL may not be held liable in the event that one or more participants are unable to connect to the contest website or participate in the contest due to any technical failure or any problem related, in particular, to network congestion. CLAUSE 12: DATA PROTECTION Any personal information collected from participants during the course of participating in the contest will be digitally processed by ROSSIGNOL, which may use it for advertising purposes, especially for sending newsletters and product information, etc., which participants expressly accept. 16 CANADA : OFFICIAL INSTAGRAM CONTEST RULES LANGE «WHAT S YOUR GOAL?» CLAUSE 1: PRESENTATION SKIS ROSSIGNOL SAS, located at 98 rue Louis Barran, St Jean de Moirans, France (hereinafter "ROSSIGNOL"), is organizing a contest «WHAT S YOUR GOAL?» from 1 er November 2018 to 28 February The contest consists of a drawing among participants who have registered according to these rules. The contest is accessible via this link: No purchase is required to enter the contest, which is open to all adult participants, except employees of Rossignol Group companies. The contest is governed by French law. CLAUSE 2: DURATION The contest will be open to participants from 1 er November 2018 to 28 February 2019 French time. 17 CLAUSE 4: TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST All participants must follow the instructions in Clause 3.1 to participate in the contest and may only enter once. An entry form that is incomplete, does not comply with these rules or contains illegible names and addresses will be considered invalid. Furthermore, participants address for service throughout the entire contest period shall be the address they previously declared. ROSSIGNOL reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel all or part of this contest if it appears that there has been fraud of any kind, especially electronic fraud, in the course of participation in the contest or the selection of winners. In such a case, ROSSIGNOL reserves the right to not award prizes to those responsible for such fraud and/or to take legal action before the competent courts against anyone who has perpetrated the fraud. CLAUSE 5: PUBLICATION OF RESULTS Rossignol will contact winners directly via Instagram on their Instagram account. Upon receiving this , the winner agrees to notify Rossignol of his or her acceptance of the prices and his or her mailing address, postal address, phone number, indication of the size of the products within 15 days. The winner's failure to reply will be considered refusal of the prize. CLAUSE 6: PRIZES Each winner will win the following prizes : - a cap, 15, recommended retail price, - a hat, 15, recommended retail price, - a pass-mountain, 5, recommended retail price, - a PRO BAG Lange, 89,90, recommended retail price, The winner will be responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. 18 CLAUSE 7: AWARD OF PRIZES The price will be sent by post or any other transport company to the home address of the winner no later than ninety (90) days after the end of the contest. ROSSIGNOL can t be liable for the misdirection of the price by post or any other transport company. CLAUSE 8: ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTEST RULES The simple fact of participating in this contest implies the participant s complete acceptance of these rules. ROSSIGNOL reserves the right to cut short, prolong, modify or cancel the contest, if circumstances so require. ROSSIGNOL may not be held liable in such an event. The same shall apply in the event of fraud of any kind whatsoever, especially electronic tampering with the processes for entering the contest or determining the winners. In such a case, ROSSIGNOL reserves the right not to award the prizes to any perpetrator of said fraud and to exclude any participant who is suspected of having committed any fraud, without notice. ROSSIGNOL reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block any person, in whole or in part, from participating in this contest, if they make changes to the way the contest is carried out, or if they influence or attempt to influence the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the contest, without prejudice to its right to pursue legal action against any such person. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement CLAUSE 9: GENERAL INFORMATION SKIS ROSSIGNOL reminds participants of the nature and limitations of the Internet and declines all responsibility for the consequences of accessing the Internet via the contest website. Skis Rossignol will be under no liability in respect of difficulties in downloading, uploading or delivery, in any circumstances. More specifically, SKIS ROSSIGNOL will not be liable for any damage or loss whatsoever caused to entrants, their computer equipment and their stored data, as well as any consequences affecting their personal or professional activity. In addition, SKIS ROSSIGNOL may not be held liable in the event that one or more participants are unable to connect to the contest website or participate in the contest due to any technical failure or any problem related, in particular, to network congestion.
