Shown here is a coin style pocket marker for 8-Ball teams with the year of the event on back. Everyone on the team gets one. Generally, the 9-Ball and Masters events are different gifts and change each year. Event Commemorative This patch is awarded to all members of the team that participate in the Western Nebraska APA Team Championships. 5 5 Star Sportsmanship Award These patches go to each player of top rated teams in the category of sportsmanship at the end of Team Championships. Teams also get a framed certificate for their host location that includes names of all team members. Shown here is Longhorn Longshots out of Sutherland. 2 nd Place Team Trophy This trophy is awarded to all 2 nd place teams to take back to their host location. This trophy is about 14 tall.

2 nd Place Medals These 2 3/4 medals go to all players on the 2 nd place teams.

2 nd and 3 rd Place Cash Prizes 2 nd and 3 rd place teams receive a cash prize for their efforts.

3 rd place teams in Open 8-Ball and 9-Ball receive $400 per team.

6 2 nd Place Medals These 2 3/4 medals go to all players on the 2 nd place teams. The back is engraved with event and date. 2 nd and 3 rd Place Cash Prizes 2 nd and 3 rd place teams receive a cash prize for their efforts. 2 nd place teams receive $800 except for Masters which receives $ rd place teams in Open 8-Ball and 9-Ball receive $400 per team. 3 rd place Masters teams receive $200 per team. 1 st Place Team Trophy This trophy is awarded to all 1 st place teams to take back to their host location. This trophy is slightly larger than the 2 nd place trophy. Trophy is about 16 tall.

Size is 7 x 9 Team Photo with APA holder and Certificate All of the players on the 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd place teams will receive a copy of the photo that we take of the team with their awards.

National Qualifier This patch is awarded to all players on the 1 st place teams.

8 National Qualifier This patch is awarded to all players on the 1 st place teams. Entry into the National Team Championships Except for Ladies, 1 st place teams are qualified to participate in the $1 Million APA National Team Championships that take place in Las Vegas in August. Teams receive paid entry fee, $250 per player travel allowance and complimentary lodging at the Riviera Hotel and Casino, site of the APA National Championships. Except for Masters, teams are guaranteed $350 last place prize money at the National Championships. The Western Nebraska APA Team Championships are more than the prizes. It s like a big family reunion! Players and teams from all over Western Nebraska have gotten to know each other over the years and look forward to catching up with old acquaintances and making new friends. And that is worth more than anything making great memories that you can keep for a lifetime. That IS the APA!

9 2012 Western Nebraska APA Team Championships Prize Breakdown (Based on full teams. Subject to change) Ladies 8-Ball 3 teams in the tournament. One 1 st place team wins $1,000. One 2 nd place team wins $500. Grand total of $1, for 1 st and 2 nd place teams not including trophies, champagne, award patches and player gifts! Masters 9 teams in the tournament. One 1 st place team advances to $1, One 2 nd place team wins $400. Two 3 rd place teams win $200 per team = $400. Grand total of $2, for 1 st, 2 nd & 3 rd place teams not including trophies, champagne, award patches and player gifts! 9-Ball Open 27 teams in the tournament. Three 1 st place teams advance to $4, per team = $13, total. Three 2 nd place teams win $800 each = $2,400 total. Six 3 rd place teams win $400 each = $2,400 total. Grand total of $18, for 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd place teams not including trophies, champagne, award patches and player gifts! 8-Ball Open 31 teams in the tournament. Three 1 st place teams advance to $5, per team = $15, total. Three 2 nd place teams win $800 each = $2,400. Six 3 rd place teams win $400 each = $2,400. Grand total of $20, for 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd place teams not including trophies, champagne, award patches and player gifts! Up to $45,000! when including trophies, champagne, award patches, player gifts and other available prizes that you can win!
