2 Guidelines for Out-Of-Province box teams attending OL Invitational Tournaments / the Ontario Lacrosse Festival The following conditions must be met by all Canadian-based teams: Completion of non-ol participation application Letter of permission from Provincial Governing Body (CL Member ssociation) Letter or from the Invitational Tournament I Event Convener confirming application Declaration from participating team acknowledging competition occurs under the OL s Constitution, playing and equipment rules Players are properly registered with their teams Proof of $5,000,000 liability insurance coverage The following conditions must be met by all US-based teams: Completion of non-ol participation application Letter of permission from local governing body Letter or from the Invitational Tournament I Event Convener confirming application Declaration from participating team acknowledging competition occurs under the OL s Constitution, playing and equipment rules Players are properly registered with their teams Proof of $5,000,000 liability insurance coverage Proof of individual player insurance coverage ll required documentation must be received by the following contacts no less than 45 days prior to the start of the event: Marion Ladouceur cc: For Box: Laurie Hansen cc: For Men s or Women s Field: Joe Hiltz president@ontariolacrosse.com vpminor@ontariolacrosse.com vpfield@ontariolacrosse.com
