They require a letter in writing (by mail or ) outlining the names of each eligible member and a mailing address (one location) where the awards should be shipped to for distribution on Achievement Night. Beef leaders are to submit a letter to Paul Fee with information outlining these members no later than September 30th so that cheques can be written before year end. Members are also required to submit a picture of themselves and their project at their achievement day for promotional use by the Association. Deadline: September 30th. Please submit the numbers of members in your club showing a Charolais or Charolais-cross animal as soon as possible after completion to aid in coordination of the production and distribution of awards.
