4 Unit Commissions Show & Sell and Take Order Sale Units will begin with a 33% Base Commission. + 2% extra earned for submitting the online Unit Commitment by June % if Unit Kernel or designee attends the Extravaganza in August (Date:TBD) + 2% if unit increases sale amount over last year plus pays invoice by Dec. 7. Units may also substitute prizes for an additional 3.5% in commission. Online Sale Commission This year units will receive a 50% commission for sales. NOTE: Scout online sales will NOT count toward their prize levels. 4

5 Youth Incentives: Scouts whose unit is taking part in the prize program can choose one prize from the level of sales they have reached (NOTE: Online Sales no longer count toward prize level because of the increase in unit commission). A Scout may choose multiple prizes as long as the totals combined do not exceed their total sale. Here are a few of our new items this year: Council Bonus Youth Incentives: Sell $1,000 and get a Dave & Buster s Scout Experience (to be held in January) Sell $1,500 and get a Dave & Buster s Scout Experience & $75 Amazon Gift Card Sell $2,500 and get a Dave & Buster s Scout Experience & $150 Amazon Gift Card & Trail s End Scholarship Sell $3,500 and get a Dave & Buster s Scout Experience & $250 Amazon Gift Card & Trail s End Scholarship Sell $5,000 and get a Dave & Buster s Scout Experience & $400 Amazon Gift Card & Trail s End Scholarship 5

Home Delivery Policy Units that sold $10,000 or more (after returns) for the 2017 Show & Sell and order $10,000 or more for the 2018 Show & Sell are eligible to receive Home Delivery on Friday, September 16. Individual boxes of Cheese Lover s or Microwave product cannot be returned if opened or damaged in any other way. Returns will only be taken on Saturday, November 3rd from 9:00 AM 1:00 PM at a loading dock of (TBD) West Cummings Park, Woburn. Restocking During Show & Sell We will be ordering extra of the most popular items. Those items will be located in Woburn during the sale for units to make an appointment for pick up during the month of October. 6
