There is no warranty, express or implied by the owner of the horse or the consignor of any horse as to the soundness, condition, merchantability or fitness for any particular purchase of any horse offered in this sale. Buyers paying with a check must have a current letter of credit from their bank. (No Exceptions!) 4. Title to and risk of loss passes to buyer when the animal is announced sold by the auctioneer. Effective from the time of purchase the buyer assumes responsibility for the maintenance and care of the animal and agrees to care for such animal in accordance with approved husbandry practice. The buyer further agrees to indemnify and hold Dale Kling s Breeders Classic Bucking Horse & Bull Sale, Kling Ranch Arena, and Buffalo Livestock Auction and its managers harmless from all loss, cost and expenses arising from the illness, injury or death of persons caused by the buyer, the buyer s agents, or employees or by the animal subsequent to the time of purchase. Livestock insurance must be provided by the owner in whatever amount is deemed appropriate. 5. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the seller, but assume no liability for either buyer or seller. Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller. 6. The highest bidder is the buyer. If any dispute arises between or among two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as he/she sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, and that decision shall be final. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any/or all bids. 7. The right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale unless otherwise announced. 8. All horses have been required to have a current negative Coggins report. Health certificates for transportation purpose will be issued on sale day upon request. 9. All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk and Dale Kling s Breeders Classic Bucking Horse & Bull Sale and Kling Ranch Arena and its managers assume no liability for any accident or for loss by fire, theft, or injury in any manner. Buyers and spectators are cautioned to be careful while on the grounds and particularly while horses and bulls are being shown and sold in/by the arena. 10. The auctioneer and sale manager will decline any bid made by parties who have defaulted in former purchases, or by persons who, in his/her judgment, are not responsible bidders. 11. Purchasers who fail in any respect whatsoever to pay for horses shall be declared in default. Any horse purchased by a defaulter may be resold at public or private sale without notice for purchasers account, cost of such sale to be borne by defaulter. Should such resale fail to satisfy the defaulter s account in full, defaulter shall pay forthwith to Dale Kling s Breeders Classic Bucking Horse & Bull Sale the amount owing, failing which, the undersigned may bring suit against defaulter. Maximum of 50 entries. 5. $250 per colt entry fee with a limit of 3 colts per consignor. Entries are limited to first 50 paid entries. No money will be taken out. All entry fees will be paid back. Entries are limited to the first 30 paid entries. 5. Entry fees for the Derby will be $500 per horse with all entry money to be paid back to winners. 6. Derby will pay 4 places for 1-19 entries or 6 places for entries. 7. Derby winners will be based on the rankest horse marked whether rider stays on for 2 seconds or 8 seconds. It is bred like no other in the world, was used as a breeding stud for 2 yrs at Carr Pro Rodeo. It has been an opportunity over the last 20 yrs to incorporate some of the best bloodlines in North America to our program. C5 Rodeo, Make Up Face, Virgil, Black Moon, Black Strap, Classic Bear, Little Rotten, Kling s Classic and many others that have helped Vern to be the success he is right now. All were raised right here on this Ranch. Along with Carr ProRodeo s Riverboat Annie, Open Range, Sadie s Gal; Scotty Loveless Slick Willy, Wet Willy & Sadie s Gal. Andrews and Smith ProRodeo have all had success with the W/ horses as well. We know they all don t make it but our success in raising World Champion contenders has been the best: Make Up Face, Virgil, River Boat Annie and Slick Willy were all in contention for the World title. Some should have won, we all know that. These colts go back to Riverboat Annie s mother, which produced Riverboat Annie & Open Range, NFR & award winning horses. Winning horses are started right and are all ready for futurities next year. This stud (Auggie) looks like he throw saddle broncs in my opinion. Looks like they re going to be good to ride. There s a high & low of course but it really is too early to tell exactly but I have no doubt that in buying them all you will have the success in the end that s everybody s looking for. 10 17 I7 4 yr old Black Gelding SB Also on my futurity team this year and marked 20+ every time from Cheyenne, Faith & Killdeer. He s an exciting, electric action packed horse that has the jam it takes. I don t know but would love to see him in the BB with a good rider. I haven t drew very good on him as he s threw everybody off. I guess they rode him at Faith and never moved a spur. He just jumped & kicked straight down the pen and was still marked good. Very good horse, a of potential. He s the kind, all he needs to do is draw a good one one time and he will elevated to super star status. 6 trips. Hauled to 3 ProRodeos this year (Cody, WY; Gunnison, CO; Cheyenne, WY). This is a feature horse that cowboys can be in the high 80s as proof is in his performance. Has been used at 3 ProRodeos this summer. Marked pts at all of them including Cheyenne which is a tough arena. Bucked 2 yrs prior in amateur Canadian rodeos. She s locked in and a feature SB, just needs to draw someone that can ride her. I love this mare, wish I had of them. Cowboys love this kind of horse. She s a hopper, around to the right & is better indoors vs a big arena such as Cheyenne. This mare is just like NFR Rd winner Good Times of Brookman s & sold to C5 Rodeo. Put Good Times indoors and they win the round, take her to Ponoka or Cheyenne & they re pts. Ultimately it takes a good cowboy as always. Feature BB, solid & locked in Tiger Touch Owner: Diamond Willow/ Amber LaDue-Kling 8 yr old Bay Gelding Purchased from Coy Robbie also. We bought the best 5 solid horses from them. This horse has not performed as expected as a SB but is coming on. I had to move him to the bareback as he wasn t handling the pulling and I only go to buck it one time and it was good. I ve got to offer him for sale now although I would like to keep him another year so I know for sure. Could be the best surprise this year! Purchased from Denny Robbie. Has been used 4 yrs in Amateur rodeos. Used as short round SB at all match SB ridings. Feature hose used 3 times this summer at Cody, Gunnison, & Cheyenne. She s quick and electric. Bucks straight and is short the way they like them. Always marked pts. We just needed to draw good as you can be a on her and the cowboys will like her. She s solid but touchy in the chute/ no big deal just can t roll her if the back cinch is on. Page 9

12 Brad Paulson These horses come from a man that will never get enough credit for all the bucking horses that are out there. You don t want to match resumes as it goes back a long ways. Many Canadian contractors have made a living and got the credit for his horses, they re from TX now to Washington, some 20 yrs old and still performing. 7 or 8 head of futurity horses in Cheyenne this year on 2 of the top teams out of 16 teams were horses out of his stud. Stan Headings and mine. We all got them thru him. The old stud is probably the best producing studs in North America. -Dale Kling 24 H3 Owner: Brad Paulson 4 yr old Paint Gelding Used only twice this year. This is going to be a nice horse, marked 19 at Cheyenne, WY and 20 pts at Maah Daah Hey Stampede. He just jumps & kicks, looks rider friendly. One they can all ride and win on. Big horse, gentle. Can go any direction. 25 No # Owner: Brad Paulson 3 yr old Paint mare Used at 2 futurities. This mare has placed 4 th at Faith futurity and 5 th at Watford City futurity. She is big, gets a of air. Kicks good. She just can t beat the little firecrackers. She needs a rider and will be one they win on. Has been out in Canada and supposed to be good. He s a big nice colt. She s threw everyone off fast so hard to tell. Good to be around, gentle but comes alive in the chute. If I would pick a young horse with the most future I would pick her.
