22 TERMS AND CONDITIONS BIDDING: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder without reserve. BIDDING DISPUTES: The Auctioneer in charge will settle any dispute as to bids and his decision on such matters will be final. CERTIFICATES: Buyer is responsible for transfer of A TLBAA/ITLA certificate of registration. Transfer papers will be furnished by the seller to the purchaser on each lot in the sale. HEALTH: All sale cattle must pass these requirements to sell in this state and most other states. Health papers must be within 30 days of the sale. Each animal requiring TB & Brucellosis test IAW Federal Regulations will have been tested within 30 days of the sale & indicated on health papas. All health papers will indicate Ivomectin, tric test, preg status, fertility test. Interstate health papers will be furnished for each animal over 6 months of age. Each purchaser should check with their state veterinarian regarding regulations in his state-if ADDI- TIONAL health requirements are needed it is at the buyers expense. 23 CONSIGNORS All cattle must arrive by 5:00 P.M. on Friday October 28, Upon arrival submit one health paper for each animal-see Terms and Conditions. Cattle will be visually inspected upon arrival at the sale site by the screening committee which reserves the right to reject any animal.
