Winner must be at the 2018 Loudoun County Fair all week to hand out ribbons and awards according to the Fair schedule of events. 8. The winner may compete in January 2019 at the Virginia Association of Fairs Pageant. 9. The winner will be required to carry the title of Miss Loudoun County Fair in any other events she participates. 10. The winner will be present at the 2019 Miss Loudoun County Fair Pageant to crown the new winner. 11. Contestants MUST attend practice for the pageant held on July 22, 2018 at 12:00 noon in the. 12.
