An administrative charge of EUR 5 also applies. The last day to withdraw from a competition is the Friday before the competition you registered for. 4 Awards: trophies for the first three in the Overall category; The first three in each category receive medals; All children competing in the Kiddies aquathlon receive a medal at the finish line; Gift bags and a hot meal for all registered competitors; One-time free pass for the summer or winter Thermal Riviera between 25 April and 26 April ČATEŽ CUP Dnevnik's Čatež Thermal Spa SPRINT triathlon (25/04/) and Dnevnik's Čatež Thermal Spa SPRINT duathlon (26/04/) count towards the Čatež Cup. The fund for ČATEŽ CUP is EUR 1,000: OVERALL MALE: 1 st place: EUR 250, 2 nd place: EUR 150, 3 rd place: EUR 100 OVERALL FEMALE: 1 st place: EUR 250, 2 nd place: EUR 150, 3 rd place: EUR 100 Dnevnik d.d. will wire the prize money to the winner's bank account within eight days of receiving complete information / filled in form (name and surname, permanent address, tax number and bank account number), which will be provided to the winner in an envelope at the announcement ceremony. The overall winner of Čatež Cup is determined by counting the results of the SPRINT triathlon and the SPRINT duathlon. The winner of the Čatež Cup will be announced on Sunday, 26 April at 3 pm. Course description: The course description is available at: The distances on all courses are approximate. General Competitors follow the STF rules and compete at their own risk. The use of helmets is compulsory, slipstreaming IS allowed. The organiser has the right to make changes to the competition. Failure to comply with the competition rules and the instructions of the judges and security service may lead to disqualification. Complaints may be made within 15 minutes after the unofficial results are published. A complaint fee applies in accordance with the STF rules. Complaints will be considered by the complaints committee, which consists of the STF delegate, Tjaša Krmelj and Mateja Kocijančič. All competitors participate on their own responsibility and the organiser is NOT LIABLE for any accidents and injuries of third parties during the competition. By registering and collecting a start number, the participants of Dnevnik s Triathlon confirm that they are aware of the terms and conditions of the competition and agree to them. Participants in Dnevnik s Triathlon that are younger than 16 years must be accompanied by parents or an organised group. Page 4

5 By registering, a competitor confirms that the information provided on the entry form is true. The competitor also declares that he/she is healthy, generally prepared for active involvement in the competition and has had a medical check-up. The competitor will follow all the rules set forth by the organiser and will take part in the event at his/her own risk. He/she agrees to take on all risks related to participating in the event and will consequently not hold the organiser liable for any damages. The competitor permits the event organisers to publish his/her information, photographs, video recordings and statements in the media without any demand for compensation. The organiser will use and save the competitor's personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 86/2004 through 113/2005). By participating, the competitor agrees to allow the organiser to manage his personal data in its databases and use it for the following purposes: statistical analyses, sending offers, advertising materials and invitations to similar events. The organiser may keep and manage the aforementioned personal data for an unlimited period of time or until such time as the competitor annuls the written consent. The competitor is entitled to all the rights under the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 20/1998 through 114/2006). The organiser reserves the right to amend the call for competitors. Cup Races STF The Čatež Thermal Spa duathlon competition counts towards: Youth and juniors, seniors and Cadet boys, older Younger veterans Youth boys boys boys, Kiddies NC Olympic for Youth and Juniors cup cup cup National championships are awarded x 1.5 points The best 5 competitions count towards the Slovenian triathlon cup for seniors, youth and juniors, cadets and older boys. The best 8 competitions count towards the Slovenian cup for kiddies and younger boys/girls category. In the duathlon, 2 games currently count towards the cup (Ribnica and Čatež). Page 5
