EVENTS at 38 THREE HEARTS MARATHON: A) Radenska Classic marathon (42,195 km) B) Radenska Medium halfmarathon (21,098 km) C) Radenska Naturelle run (10 km) D) Oaza run (5 km) E) 2018 Children's run REGISTRATION: Applications will be accepted until Tuesday 05/08/2018 on the website Application forms can also be obtained at the Tourist Information Office in Radenci and at the Sport Club Radenci office Boračeva 37, Radenci. Registration is valid upon registration fee payment. Please follow the registration process for payment. Please refer to the instructions given in online registration. ENTRY FEES: Entry fee for an individual: Marathon & halfmarathon 10k and 5k run payment between 1/12/2018 and 04/11/2018 payment between 04/12/ and 05/08/ /19/2018 On the day of the Marathon Entry fee for an individual in an organized group of 10 runners or more - mandatory group entry with the application form, which is available on our website. Marathon & halfmarathon 10k and 5k run payment by 04/11/ NOTE: Last date for group application is 11 April After that date no one can be added to the group.

COMPETITION CATEGORIES AND STARTING HOURS: Radenska Classic marathon and Radenska Medium halfmarathon START : Category age (men and women) up to over and older Radenska Naturelle run (10 km) START 09.15: Category age (men) up to over and older Category age (women) up to over and older Oaza run (5 km) START 09.15: Category (men and women) Single category for men and women 2006 and older NOTE: Application of persons younger than 16 years is valid only with a parents or guardians signed declaration of responsibility.

INSURANCE, LIABILITY AND HEALTH Every participant shall take part in the competition at his/her own risk. Medical help will be available along the course and at the finish line. AWARDS AND CASH PRIZES Cash prizes are given to the top three ranked runners (male and female) in the Radenska Classic Marathon and Radenska Medium Halfmarathon. Best three ranked absolutely in all races will receive a trophy, the best three in each category will receive medals by mail following the announcement of official results, which is 10 days after the event. Cash prizes will be paid to the bank accounts within 60 days after 38 Three hearts marathon, so all recipients of cash prizes, must submit their tax number, full residential address and number of personal accounts to the organizer no later than 30 May Send data to address: 38. AWARD CEREMONY The public award ceremony will be held for the absolute male and female category in all competitions of the 38 Three hearts marathon and for the national championship in halfmarathon and military national championships. The best three ranked individuals throughout the racing categories of 38 Three hearts marathon medals will be sent by post. Recognition of each player can be printed through applications on the website

4 p.p. 69 COURSE LINE: Start and finish of all courses are in Radenci nearby hotel Radin. NOTE: There is a 6 hour limit on marathon track. After that time all runners on the track will be collected and driven to event place. They will be marked as DNF (did not finish).

5 p.p. 69 GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS Standard rules and conditions of IAAF (International Athletic Federation) and AZS (Athletic Federation of Slovenia) shall apply. All competitors compete on their own responsibility! Each participant of 38 Three Hearts Marathon agrees with the publication of their photos, names and surnames in the various three marathon hearts media.
