It s passion against sacrifice, and the winner will be declared though hard training, hearth and concentration. Milano Marathon is back and ready to excite you in its 18th edition There will be participants but only one chest will cut the finish line and go down in history No matter if you are a pro or an amateur, the target is just one: Run your personal record in the 2018 Milano Marathon! On this important event CSAIn will organize, in agreement and on behalf of the EFCS, the 1st EUROPEAN COMPANY MARATHON CHAMPIONSHIP, team relay and individual

When the alchemy is perfect, the result is brillant, victory unique, an unforgettable memory for four great athletes. Go beyond ourselves means get better, in the body as in the heart. A 42-kilometer-long city sightseeing in 4 legs The race put your strongest team together The 1 European Company Relay Marathon Championship is a RUN FOR TEAMS OF 4 COMPONENTS open to everyone older than 16 (turned 16 before or on 8 April 2018). The km will be divided into 4 fractions; each of them to be run by a different team member. The exact length of each fraction will be communicated as soon as possible.

3 RELAY S PARTICIPATION RULES Each team Each team must consist of 4 men, 4 women or mixed (2 men and two women). Entries will only be accepted per team. Individual registrations are not possible. The minimum age for participation is 16 years old at the date of April 8, Each team member will have to provide a medical certificate of eligibility for the practice of non-competitive sport activities (or higher, for example a certificate of eligibility for participating in sport events at a competitive level). This certificate is issued by a general practitioner in relation to their patients or by a physician specialized in sports medicine. The certificate must be delivered at the race number pick-up, otherwise participation will not be allowed. If a person is unable to submit a copy of the certificate, a signed declaration of possession of medical certification (the form can be downloaded) must be submitted. All informations on INDIVIDUAL MARATHON THE COURSE (42,195 m) Milan Marathon is held on a loop route, starting and finishing in Corso Venezia. The course is flat and fast, with an elevation gain of only 125 meters, and only 3.1 km of cobblestones (almost entirely concentrated in the first part of the race). All participants will be able to admire the most beautiful and the most important historical monuments of the city: from the Duomo to La Scala, and the Arch of Peace at the Castello Sforzesco, to the futuristic districts of the "new Milan." The runners can expect average temperatures between 10 C (50 F) and 19 C (66 F).

4 INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATION RULES The minimum age for participation is 20 years old at the date of April 8, Individual marathon is organized according to the FIDAL (Italian Athletics Federation) and IAAF (International Association of Athletics Federations) rulebook. In order to participate, an athlete must fall into one of the following categories. a) Athletes registered with a foreign Athletics Federation affiliated to IAAF b) Athletes not registered with a foreign Athletics Federation, but in possession of a health form issued abroad in accordance with the rules on health protection in competitive sports in force in Italy. (See medical requirements on ) Categories: Participants, both men and women, are divided into 5 age groups: Category A : years old Category B : years old Category C : years old Category D : years old Category E : over 60 years REGISTRATION DEADLINE Registrations for both competitions, will close on of 31 March 2018 and applications received over that term will not be accepted. The organization reserves the right to close registration in advance or to accept registrations after the closing date at its sole discretion. In any case, entries will not be accepted on the day of the event.
