1 ROMA BY NIGHT RUN (RM) FRIDAY, 07 SEPTEMBER 2018 PROGRAM TIMETABLE 4 p.m. Hospitality Village Opening Auditorium Parco della Musica, pedestrian area Via Pietro de Coubertin 6.30 p.m. Aperinight Forhans (musical aperitif offered to runners) 10 p.m. Half Marathon, Stracittadina and Fit Run start Will take place the following three races (you have to choose the one you want to participate in when registering) HALF MARATHON Start at 10 p.m., refreshment at 6, 10, 16 kilometres and at the arrival. The course will be completely flat and illuminated. STRACITTADINA, 8 KILOMETRES COMPETITIVE RACE Open for runners. Start at 10 p.m., refreshment at 6 kilometres and at the arrival. The course (it will be the first 7 kilometres of the half marathon) will be completely flat and illuminated. FIT RUN, 8 KILOMETRES NOT COMPETITIVE RACE Open for runners and walkers. Start at 10 p.m., after the Stracittadina, refreshment at 6 kilometres and at the arrival. ATTENTION: after 7,5 kilometres the races will separate. The athletes taking part in the half marathon will go to the right, on the bike path, while the athletes taking part in the Stracittadina and Fit Run will go to the left, along the Lungotevere, to reach the bridge of music. Additional services included in the inscription Parking, secretary, luggage checked bags, Charts Center, Aperinight with live music, Security service, Final refreshment, Info point for Italian and foreign athletes, medical assistance (the athletes, during the race, will be follow by an ambulance with defibrillator), toilets, changing rooms and shower will be available at the Circolo Sottufficiali Polizia di Stato (50 metres from start/finish area). REGISTRATION Individual athlete can enrollment using the online registation Sport team can download the dedicated form, which have to fill in and send to iscrizioni@forhansteam.it Registration can also be made at the following official registration points - where the athletes will receive an additional BONUS: A 25% discount card on Cisalfa products, the card will be valid ONE YEAR and can be used in all stores in the national territory (143 stores) A discount for TBSP stores. The registration will close at 8 p.m. on Tuesday 4 September and, in any case, to the achievement of 2500 members. We will not accept registration for Half Marathon in the day of the race. We will accept registatrion for Stracittadina and Fit Run in the day of the race, but we can not ensure the race gift PARTECIPATION FEES The cost of registration will be: Half marathon 20 Euros until June 30th 25 Euros from 1st July to 26th August 30 Euros from 27th August to 4th September Stracittadina and Fit Run 10 Euros until August 26th 12 Euros from 27th August to 4th September 12 Euros from 5th September to 7th September - we can not ensure the race gift REGULATION PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS For Half Marathon and Stracittadina, Fit Run is open for all, because it isn t competitive. ATHLETES RESIDENT IN ITALY

3 They can take part to the races all athletes residing in Italy, Italians and foreigners, who have reached 18 years of age at the time of Rome by Night Run 2018, if registered with FIDAL or IAAF, and 20 years of age if owners of Runcard Specifically, they must have one of the following requirements: Half marathon: 1) Athletes members for 2018 with a club affiliated to the FIDAL 2) Athletes possessing FIDAL Runcard 3) Athletes in possession of Runcard Eps The Runcard must be combined with specific medical certificate of fitness for competitive athletics issued by an Italian doctor who must be shown to the organizers and stored in the original, in copy, to the acts of the organizing company. 4) For the ONLY foreign athletes resident in Italy: Being a member of Athletics Federations Foreign, affiliated to the IAAF or IPC; in this case will be sent upon registration by at enrollment@forhansteam.it Under the FIDAL regulations IS NOT ALLOW THE PARTICIPATION AT THE RACE WITH ONLY MEDICAL CERTIFICATE OR WITH CARD OF SPORT PROMOTION AUTHORITY Stracittadina, 7 kilometres competitive race: 1) Athletes members for 2018 with a club affiliated to the FIDAL or EPS submitting replacement of the card downloaded from the FIDAL society website (this substitute attests in fact the renewal for 2017) or membership declaration signed by the President. 2) Athletes possessing FIDAL Runcard (UISP, AICS, Libertas, etc.), presenting card in which the release date or deadline and medical certificate or declaration signed by the President are visible. 3) Athletes in possession of Runcard Eps presenting passport and medical certificate For a daily membership (FREE SPORT) the cost is 2,00 submitting your competitive medical certificate valid for athletics. FOREIGN ATHLETES ITALIANS LIVING ABROAD Half marathon: They can take part to the races all athletes residing in Italy, Italians and foreigners, who have reached 18 years of age at the time of Rome by Night Run 2018, if registered with FIDAL or IAAF, and 20 years of age if owners of Runcard The same must hold one of the following requirements: - Be enrolled with Athletics Federations Foreign, affiliated to the IAAF or IPC. In this case will be sent upon registration by at enrollment@forhansteam.it your membership card - Being a membership of clubs affiliated with FIDAL. - Being in possession of RUNCARD FIDAL combined with specific medical certificate of fitness for competitive athletics issued by an Italian doctor who must be shown to the organizers and stored in the original and, in copy, to the acts of the organizing company. It is not allowed the participation of Italian athletes residing abroad without any of the listed requirements Stracittadina, 7 kilometres competitive race - Be enrolled by FIDAL or EPS through an affiliated Italian company. - Being in possession of RUNCARD FIDAL or RUNCARD EPS combined with specific agonistic certificate of medical aptitude for athletics issued by an Italian doctor who must be shown to the organizers and stored in the original and, in copy, to the acts of the organizing company.

4 For a daily membership (FREE SPORT) the cost is 2,00 submitting your competitive medical certificate valid for athletics. FOREIGN RESIDENTS ABROAD Half marathon: They can take part to the races all athletes residing in Italy, Italians and foreigners, who have reached 18 years of age at the time of Rome by Night Run 2018, if registered with FIDAL or IAAF, and 20 years of age if owners of Runcard The same must hold one of the following requirements: - Being enrolled with Athletics Federations Foreign, affiliated to the IAAF or IPC. In this case will be sent upon registration by at enrollment@forhansteam.it your membership card to your team. - Being in possession of RUNCARD FIDAL combined with medical certificate may be issued in their country, but it has been conducted the same tests provided for by Italian legislation: a) medical examination; b) complete urine analysis; c) electrocardiogram at rest and after exercise; d) spirography. Stracittadina, 7 kilometres competitive race: - Being enrolled with Athletics Federations Foreign, affiliated to the IAAF or IPC. In this case will be sent upon registration by at enrollment@forhansteam.it your membership card to your team - Being in possession of RUNCARD FIDAL or RUNCARD EPS combined with specific agonistic certificate of medical aptitude for athletics issued by an Italian doctor who must be shown to the organizers and stored in the original, in copy, to the acts of the organizing company. COMPLAINTS Any complaints must be submitted in writing to the Judge of Appeal within 30 minutes after publication of the results, accompanied by a fee-complaint of 50.00, which will be refunded if the complaint acceptance. For all that was not specified here, please refer to the technical and organizational regulations approved by FIDAL. Image Right: for subscribing to the "Rome by Night Run" the athlete expressly authorizes the organization to the acquisition of the right, together with their media partners, to use fixed or moving images on which may appear, taken into during the participation in the "Rome by Night Run", on all media, including promotional and / or advertising materials, all over the world and for the maximum time allowed by the laws, regulations, treaties in force. BIN NUMBER AND RACE GIFT Bib number pick up: Thursday 6 September 2018 at Cisalfa store in Piazzale Guglielmo Marconi from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday 7 September 2018 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Ospitality Village - Auditorium Parco della Musica, pedestrian area - Via Pietro de Coubertin CHIP (only for competitive races) AND RACE GIFT The chip will be positioned at the back of the bib number. The race packet will be given upon return of the chip. At the end of the race, upon return of the chip; for every missing chip, 18 will be charged to the society or the individual athlete.

5 RACE GIFT Race packet is guaranteed to the first 2000 athletes who will finish competitive races and it will be given after the race Half Marathon and Stracittadina upon return of the chip and before the start. For Fit run will be garanteded to the first 500 recorded. We can not ensure the race gift for the athletes registered on the day of the race. THE MEDAL The medal is guaranteed to the first 2000 athletes who will finish competitive races and it will be given only to the Half Marathon athletes after the race and upon return of the chip. TECHNICAL T-SHIRT The shirt will be given at the end of the race to the first 2,000 members of the Half Marathon and the first 500 members of the Stracittadina and FitRun. AWARDS The awards ceremony will take place at the end of the manifestation. The award-winning athletes must personally collect the prize or delegate others in writing. Awards NOT COLLECTED on the day of the race will NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE from the next day. INDIVIDUAL awards: Half Marathon - The top 3 arrived athletes M/F will be awarded with techincal and/or food products - The first 5 athletes of each category M/F (the awards are not combinable with those absolutes) Note: category awards will start at 12 p.m. at a dedicated gazebo in the expo area. Prizes must be collected only on the race day Stracittadina, 7 Kilometres competitive race It will be given a technical acknowledgment to the first 10 to the first arrived M, and to the first arrived 5 F with technical products and \ or food. SOCIETY AWARDS The first 20 societies with the largest number of arrived athletes at the half marathon, will be rewarded with reimbursement of expenses. NOTE.
