26 IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: All Competitors must put on their number tags before the race. All runners are encouraged to : run at a constant pace avoid walking keep to the left of the path so as not to obstruct others

27 IF IT RAINS... Before the race Still report to the Assembly Area by 0715 h During the race Continue to run until further instructions are given by Teachers Seek the nearest shelter

28 REMINDERS Have enough rest the night before Drink enough water before the race Have a light breakfast Cheer for your friends! Do not litter or dirty the toilets
