This Information Guide will prepare you for your spectating experience, equipping you with VIP locations, schedules, and more. Please feel free to contact us with any questions, comments, or concerns. Sincerely, Kristen Riker IRONMAN VIP Services Coordinator PRE-RACE ( ) Prior to race day you may visit the VIP Services area located in IRONMAN Village (address on page 3) to pick up your VIP wristband for race day entry. Once you have received your credentials, we encourage you to enjoy IRONMAN Village and familiarize yourself with this guide for easier spectating on race day. RACE DAY ( ) VIP wristbands will be required for all guests and will be available for pickup on race day at the VIP Viewing locations. Please note that the VIP pass is only intended for the single person that has the pass reserved in his or her name. We look forward to seeing you at the event! 2

Hidden Valley Ski Hill: You can park right at the parking lot of the ski hill itself, which is a short walk to Deerhurst from there if you don t want to take the shuttle bus. Notes There will be a shuttle service running from Deerhurst to the downtown core all day, and leaves at the corner of Deerhurst Drive and Pen Lake Point Road which is the road located east of the main building and heads down behind the main building of Deerhurst.. The shuttle will be running every 15 minutes, and takes 15 minutes to get from downtown to Deerhurst. 3

6 VIP HOSPITALITY MAPS 1. IRONMAN Village location for VIP Credential Pick-Up at Deerhurst Resort 2. VIP Swim Viewing location on race day witness the start of the race and all the excitement surrounding the swim course! 3. VIP Transition/Finish Chute Tent location on race day enjoy lunch and watch the athletes race towards the finish line!
7 RACE COURSE MAPS Swim Athletes will flow to the swim start through barricaded swim pens to sort athletes into their designated waves. Please have your IRONMAN 70.3 swim caps on in order to be identified. Competitors will start in a wave start format in the water (knee deep). Keep all buoys on your right and swim out and in a clockwise direction. Athletes will exit the water closer to transition on the 18th hole of the Lakeside Golf Course and then will make their way up the 300m hill to the transition area. Athletes are not allowed to practice exiting the water on Friday and Saturday. Stairs will not be installed until Saturday night as this is part of a functioning golf course. VIP Viewing Locations 7
8 RACE COURSE MAPS Bike The one loop course circles Lake of Bays and passes through the entire District of Muskoka, including Dwight, Dorset and Baysville. 8
9 RACE COURSE MAPS Run The 13.1-mile run will take you from Deerhurst Resort through Muskoka County, along lakeshores and rivers, past pink granite rock and cascading waterfalls. 9
