By signing this Declaration, the Applicants are requesting to be scored in the Corinthian Division for the Regatta and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Declaration and the rules of the International Dragon Association (IDA). 3 The Helm for the Regatta must be currently registered with the International Sailing Federation ( ISAF ) Sailor Classification System as a Group 1 sailor. In addition, all crew members for the regatta must be currently registered with the ISAF Sailor Classification System as Group 1 sailors. The ISAF Competitor Classification Declaration and Rules can be found on-line at By completing and signing this Declaration, the Applicants are certifying they understand the above requirements and will remain in compliance with the rules during the Regatta. YES/NO (Delete as applicable) DECLARATION CORINTHIAN ENTRIES: I have read and understand the ISAF Sailor Classification Code and IDA Corinthian Division Rule, and I am not aware of any information that would disqualify me from competing for a Corinthian trophy. I will inform the Race Organisers as soon as any of this information changes in any way that might change the boat s eligibility to compete in the Corinthian Division. I agree the Race Organisers, BDA, IDA, ISAF or anybody or person acting with its authority may seek any information it needs from any source at any time to verify the ISAF Classification for the helm and crew. I realize that if I give false or misleading information in this Declaration for the Corinthian Division, I or members of my crew may be subject to a hearing under RRS 2 and/or RRS 69. I have read and understand the above conditions and wish to be scored in the Corinthian Division for this regatta. I accept neither the South Caernarvonshire Yacht Club as host club, nor its representatives, shall bear any responsibility for any loss, damage, death or personal injury, howsoever caused, to any yacht, skipper or crew member. I undertake to hold adequate third party indemnity for racing valid for Tremadog Bay, minimum of 3million. I warrant the suitability of the boat for the race(s) and accept full responsibility for the boat, the competence of the crew, and for judging whether to start, continue or retire from any race in the existing or forecast conditions.
