2 COSASCO Hazard Identification Plan Scope of Document This document details the Rohrback Cosasco Systems Hazard Identification Plan. This document is intended to provide evidence of RCS s commitment to the safety of all its employees, clients, and assets. A number of RCS employees have attended external Risk Assessment courses and all employees are fully conversant with all Work Instructions, to ensure that an accurate and knowledgeable risk assessment will be performed for all tasks. All tasks and projects which are undertaken by RCS will be risk assessed and all hazards will be identified. All work that is undertaken by the company, including at company premises and at client sites, will have had all hazards identified and evaluated. All risks from hazards will be appraised and controls to minimise the risks will be implemented. The task will be further risk assessed after all control measures are in place to further evaluate the risks. If all control measures reduce the risk to a reasonable and acceptable level then the task may proceed. This document applies to all RCS Work Instructions for which a separate task specific risk assessment is required.
