9 Chemical Injection - Batch Wait Time Pump On Time Mix Time Pressure Check Time for well turbulence to settle before calculating slug size. Pump run time based on slug size, chem/slug ratio and pump rate. Time to allow chemicals to foam the liquid. If pressure is above a setpoint, the well opens. Setpoint #1 Setpoint #2 Setpoint #3 Fail Timer Time to allow the Cap Gas to be depleted. Time to allow the slug to unload. Detects a slug build up. If SP #2 is not reached before this timer expires, the well will close. 9
