2 PSI Modular Seal Compakt - Special Version General Information The Sealing System Versions Material Qualities The PSI modular seal Compakt special version is ideal for sealing gas, water and sewage pipes and cables against pressing and non pressing water. The PSI modular seals Compakt special versions are special designs made at the request of the customer. Here, practically all variations are possible: oval pipes, square recesses, excentric position, passing through of several pipes or cables either as split/open or closed versions. The following rubber qualities are available: EPDM standard, NBR for applications in the field of: methane gas (biogas facilities), Viton and EPDM with KTW/W270 approval for potable water. For the pressure plates, V2A stainless steel is used as the stan dard. If requested, however, also V4A stainless steel or coated pressure plates, such as epoxy resin are supplied. 5 PSI Multiple Sealing Multicable Installation Instructions You can fill the blind plug with pipes/ cables from O.D. 4 to 32; 40; 50. The sealing is pressure tight up to 1 bar. The system is devided and therefore suitable for installation with pipes/cables already installed. For each opening we supply blind fillers which can be taken out when inserting the pipe/cable. Unused openings will be sealed with the blind fillers. This gives you the possibility to install other pipes/cables later. For the installation you do not need any special tools beside a torque wrench.
