No mobile phones!) Leadership Thirst for knowledge and self improvement

15 Relationships What did I learn about dealing with people? Expectations Must be realistic If they are not realistic, they must be changed Boundaries Must be clear (eg. Behaviour, respect, privacy) Must be adhered to Accountability People must be held accountable for their actions It only takes a week (Eg. Turns, underwater kick)
