5 Assessment Amount is $455 for primary residence, and $405 for primary residence non-pool units for 2015 The Board of Directors voted to keep the annual assessment for 2015 the same. The full assessment is $455, with a discounted price of $435 for pool units/properties and $385 for non-pool units when received in the clubhouse or postmarked on or before February 1, There is a $35 administrative fee on rental properties due in addition to the annual assessments. If you choose to pay on the payment plan, the first payment of $ is due on or before February 1, 2015, and the second payment of $ is due on April 1, Please see the timetable below.
