The most congested area is from I-95 to Salem Church Road.

5 If there was high-quality transit along the Route 3 corridor, where should it go? (list specific all the way from route one to route 610 The malls, downtown Fredericksburg, and the train station Carl D Silver shopping centers and the mall from Downtown to 5 mile fork, please include bike lane! pick up in neighborhoods and hov lots Cosner Corner to R3 from Carlone Street to Harrison Road All major shopping and medical centers with connections to feeder buses in the adjoining neighborhoods. To the mall and central park unsure ; Mall Area; Salem Church Rd Area; Harrison Rd Area; to some of the larger neighborhoods along the corridor to make it more convenient. Define the properties of "High Quality" in absolte or telative terms Fredericksburg to Harrison Crossing Shopping shopping/entertainment' work/employment centers; highly populated areas Mall; ; Route 3 West Malls; Park and Rides ;Mall; Harrison Crossing; Commuter Parking Lots;Train Station Downtown Fredericksburg River to Spots Can run on same FRED route, but should also run on weekends. I would not consider a corridor anywhere near the existing Rt. 3 route. If we really want to help alleviate traffic, build outer connector that crosses Rappahannock further west ending at Gordorn Rd or even Rt. 20 & Rt. 3 intersection and beginning at I 95 & Rt. 17 intersection. shopping centers, but needs to feed from side roads where people live Locations within, Spotsylvania Mall, Bragg Road, Salem Church Road, Harrison Crossing

7 If a shopping-oriented transit service were Why or why not? Yes 13 I am blind and do not drive, so a shopping service bus or van would be ideal for me. IF I could count on an hourly pickup and direct drop off If it provided rapid and frequent connections between sub-centers at or between and Spotsylvania Towne Centre If I were with someone else, but by myself, NO I would not use it.
