Each part of the survey has a set of questions related to the evaluation of the existing unit s location. The data collected from each survey will be used to better understand the importance of site characteristics and their association with sales performance. If you want to use this survey in the field, you can simply print the PDF version and take it with you, fill it out in the field and return to the online version to complete the process.
