The Polish Angling Association (PZW) is proud to be the organizer of the 25 th World Coarse Angling Championship for Ladies, appointed by FIPSed, which will be held in Poland in the beautiful city of Wroclaw, on August 25-26, We are pleased to present and officially invite You to the organized 25 th World Coarse Angling Championship for Ladies. The invitation is valid for all Member Nations and national fishing federations recognized by FIPSed. 4 The district was founded in 1950 and is one of the largest of the 43 districts of PAA (PZW) in the country. At the end of 2017, the number of associated members of our District was nearly 24,000, affiliated in 100 circles. The organizational structure, authorities and objectives of the Association are defined in the Statutes of the PAA. In our modern Stocking Center in Szczodre, we run a fisheries economy producing stocking material (24 species) for the purposes of our waters and the Odra river basin. It is hatching or fry (in different stages of breeding), inter alia of the following fish: salmonids - salmon, sea trout, trout, grayling; lowland predatory fish - zander, pike, catfish, and polyphyletic fish - asp, barbell, vimba. We cooperate with Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, University of Wroclaw and the Institute of Inland Fisheries in the field of popular science in the field of fisheries. We also produce fish for the needs of marine areas cooperating with the Ministry of Maritime Economy and Inland Navigation and with the Ministry of Agriculture. Educational youth angling schools with respect to nature protection, ecology and biology are conducted in the area of the Stocking Center. Place of the Championship: For the World Championship, we have prepared the channel of Odra river in Wroclaw managed by the District of the Polish Angling Association in Wroclaw. The fishing ground is located near the city center. The gentle riverbanks ensure good access to water. 5 FISHING GROUND DESCRIPTION The fishing ground is located near the city center. It is the Odra shipping channel with easy access to the riverbank. The bank is lined with stones. Depending on the water level in the channel, floats with a displacement of g are used. The depth of the fishing ground ranges from 3.5 m to 5.5 m, while its width is from 70 m to 100 m. The fish most often caught during the competition are shown below. Individual results of around points are not uncommon in this fishing ground. 7 Baits and groundbaits according to the regulations of FIPSed. During official training and championship, it is allowed to use 20 liters groundbaits and 2.5 liters baits, of which a maximum amount of 1 liter can be jokers. On other days from am to 03:00. To registration each team should bring its own national flag and a CD with the national anthem. Traninngs are possible before 21. July. Every team should send an with information, on adress 25thcawc@gmail.com, minimum 10 days before traning with date of arrival and list of competitors.
