1 About the Championship National Public Association Belarusian Society of Hunters and Fishermen, being the Fishing Sport Federation of the Republic of Belarus, hereby notifies that the XXI European Coarse Angling Championship will be held on June 22-28, All necessary information about the Championship will be placed on the official web-site

2 Championship Venue The Championship venue is the Rowing Channel of Zaslavsky water-storage pond, Zaslavl city, Minsk district, the Republic of Belarus. The Rowing Channel is a sporting place; it is duly equipped for holding the republican and international rowing and canoeing competitions. The Channel is located close to Zaslavl (23 km from Minsk city) in the north-western part of the water area of the Zaslavsky water-storage pond ( The Minsk sea ) in the area of 2

3 running into the Main Channel of the Vileisko-Minskaya aquifer system. The geographical coordinates of the Rowing Channel are: , The Rowing Channel is in the economic jurisdiction of the Republican Center for rowing sport. The Center s web-site is Long-term meteorological observations are evidencing that at the Rowing Channel site an average air temperature in June is 18 С. The Rowing Channel Brief Characteristics Total area 86 ha; main water area length 2500 m; width 160 m; Average depth 3.5 m; Deepmost 6.5 m; No streamway; Sand-muddy bottom. From two sides the Rowing Channel is delineated by dams paved with concrete elements. Fish species and quotas The dominating fish species are : roach, bream, perch, bleak. Accompanying species are: pike, zander, ruff, cat fish, carp, grass carp, tench, crucian. During the competition there is a fish size allowed to catch (to be measured from fish snout tip to a tailset ( when the jaws is closed): zander 40 сm, pike 40 сm, tench 22 сm, grass carp 40 сm, carp 20 сm, fresh-water catfish 70 cm. 3

4 The angler, who caught a fish not reaching the mentioned size, has to immediately let go the fish alive back to the pond. Baits and groundbaits Complete assortment of groundbaits, prices and contacts for making orders will be published on the official web-site of the Championship. The draw of training boxes will take place on Monday on June 22, 2015 from 7.00 till 9.00 a.m. at the address: conference hall of the finish tower, located on the territory of the Republican Center of rowing sport (Zaslavl, Gonoles street, 1; geographical coordinates are: , ). 6 Within the period from June 8 to 21, 2015 training at the Rowing Channel is prohibited. Team Staff The official staff of national team is 9 persons: 6 anglers (5 main staff anglers + 1 reserve angler); 1 delegation representative; 2 coaches. Fee to FIPSed EUR 150 per team. Registration fee EUR 1200 per team. Participation cost The fee involves the cost of wine and brie session and banquet for 9 persons, fishing permit, insurance, souvenirs. The cost of participation per one extra person (exceeding 9 persons) in the wine and brie session and banquet (within the framework of the welcome and closing ceremonies) EUR 60. The payment should be made according to invoice, sent by the organizers after receiving a request from country participant to the Championship. In case of not paying the fee with a bank transfer according to invoice, as an exceptional case it can be paid in cash (EUR) on arrival at the place.
