2 AFA AIRPOWER SYMPOSIUM Wednesday-Thursday, April 10-11, 2019 Langley Club - Bayview Commonwealth Center, Langley Field Program begins Wednesday afternoon with ACC/A6 Discussions on Communications, Cyber, Networks and Business Opportunities, followed by Industry/Academia panels on Cyber Security and Developing Cyber Professionals and an AFA presentation on Cyber Patriot. Simultaneously ACC will host roundtable discussions on Networks and Data Access, Future Training Capabilities, Air Force Adaptive Basing and Reinvigorating the Electromagnetic Spectrum (No registration required for roundtables, 1 participant per company is invited). Thursday events feature COMACC Keynote Address from General James Holmes. Other events include ACC A2, A3, A6 and Industry Panels on Operationalizing Cyber into Combat Air Forces and ISR Missions:, AFA Airpower History; classified presentations on Air Force Cyber Operations and Requirements, and opportunities for side bar meetings with the ACC Staff. Participation is open to all Industry, Military, Civilian Employees. $250 for Industry attendees; free for military and DoD Civilians ($25 fee to participate in breakfast, lunch and snack food). 6 Information for Sponsor Ad in AFA Salute Dinner Program The program will be produced on a standard 8.5 x 11 paper -- folded in half after printing. Full page ads will therefore be 5.5in wide and 8.5in high. Half page ads will be 5.5in wide and 4.25in high. Please provide the file for the ad as a pdf or a png / jpg image file. 7 Expo Table Displays for AFA Airpower Symposium The total area available to us for expo type displays in the Bayview Commonwealth Center is not extensive, but should be sufficient to allow you to set up a company display (free standing or a table) that is not larger than 10 x 10 feet. We will have a limited supply of portable tables (Approximately 30in by 80in). Please note that power will not be generally available. However, we know that there will be some locations where you can locate near a power outlet, but can t guarantee you that access. We recommend that you bring drop cords if you will need power.
