3 CORPORATE ACCESS $7,500 ANNUAL ACCESS FEE Lots of great golf. So many other ways to enjoy the Club. Plus YOUR way to give access to valued others. CORPORATE ACCESS MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES: One (1) individual corporate designee assigned as individual member Twenty-Four (24) complimentary golf passes, including carts Full membership access to all facilities by paying corporate guest fees (see reverse) Member billing and charging privileges Corporation is not limited to the number of invited guests, but the corporate designee and any of their invited guests are limited to the use of the golfing facilities no more than twice per calendar month. Exceptions may be made when an individual neither resides nor has a place of business within seventy-five miles of the clubhouse. There are no restrictions on the number of visits for any corporate designee or their invited guests for all other facilities, including the pool, tennis, paddle and dining rooms. 4 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Corporate memberships are for a period of one (1) year and run from date of acceptance. Corporate memberships are non-voting. Current members may not switch or drop down to this golfing category unless they are out of the Club for a minimum of twelve (12) calendar months. Corporate Access and Corporate Access Plus Guest policy is as follows: Corporate Access and Corporate Access Plus designated members and their invited guests shall not have the privilege of admission to the golf course more than twice in any calendar month, (excluding organized events, Monday outings and guest days). This prohibition will not be strictly applied to out of town guests. Corporate fees are as follows: greens fees: $100 per person, carts: $19 per person (plus tax), pool fees: $10 per person and tennis fees: $15 per person. Corporate members must become aware of and abide by all Club policies. Failure to do so may result in suspension without refund. Membership fees and charges must be paid in a timely manner. Accounts that are sixty (60) days delinquent may have privileges forfeited at Board discretion. Corporate members must provide the Club with a corporate credit card to have on file. This will only be used if the corporate member s account were to become delinquent.
